CHARACTER INFORMATION
Name: Natsume Sakasaki
Canon: Ensemble Stars!!
Canon point: Post-Next Door
Age: 17
History: Character page & appearancs page; here are his !-era appearances as well, more or less up-to-date (I just haven't put in some summaries yet).

Personality:
(As a note, suicide is mentioned a few times; it isn't anything relating to Natsume himself, but characters around him.)

Gifted with a sharp-tongue and an equally sharp mind, Natsume was the sole first year to be placed on the same level as several of his seniors, who were toted as geniuses—people who were a step above the rest, who were first layered with praise and then slowly, subtly, isolated from the rest of humanity. They were given the moniker of the "Five Eccentrics" and, while being designated as such gave them strong bonds with each other, ones that they treasured and found solace in... it truly set them apart from everyone else. Untouchable and thought of as monsters, like nails sticking up from a board, they were eventually taken out one by one by Eichi Tenshouin and the unit he had contracted three idols (Hiyori Tomoe, Nagisa Ran, and Tsumugi Aoba) into: fine.

All but Natsume, that is.

In his first year, he was childish and naive; he was lonely too, finding it difficult to connect with peers his own age. His fortune telling did poorly until he was announced as one of the Eccentrics, given Yumenosaki Academy is a school full of boys, who statistically believe less in the occult and predictions of the future, not to mention his attitude—provoking, roundabout, and accented with a sharp uptick at the end of his words—driving away any potential friendships. The type to put on airs and call out his own “bad habits” to establish a type of “character” he wants to show off to those he talks to, a fact Subaru calls him out on in Rocket Start.

But those bad habits aren't false; Natsume does tend to lie and wind his way around words, and he does tend to say meaningful things (or meaningful-sounding things) to dodge issues, and he tends to steamroll conversations with his observations, and finally, he does—like someone he grows to dislike with every centimeter of his body—use people, in a way that tends to push them away, in addition to his personality. He can be direct, but he's at his most honest when he speaks with the strange intonation denoting his use of “magic”. Such times, as stated by Tsumugi, are his real, true feelings.

Most of his more violent (towards Tsumugi, who gets hit fairly often due to his inability to actually feel pain, and also because he keeps bringing up Natsume's childhood when he cross-dressed as a girl while attending the Aoba family's idol training school) or harsh commentary are born from embarrassment; being the kind of person who loves knowing literally everything, to the point of making copies of important information for himself and bugging the school completely, not knowing what to do—how to act—things like that... It makes him react poorly, hiding behind a more prickly exterior. This helps keep him safe as well; you can't get hurt if people don't come close, and after the betrayal and defamation the Eccentrics went through the previous year, the hurt each of them felt and that Natsume himself felt at not being able to help them, due to their protection, that helplessness that defined the last moments of watching Wataru on stage after his script to win against fine was dismissed entirely... it's only natural that he'd do what he could to protect himself.

Despite that, at the peak of winter of his first year, Natsume gives Tsumugi the folder containing his plan and other bits of information that would ruin the student council as well as undo all the effort they'd put forth to change the school to burn, and he states he'll stay by Tsumugi's side, too. It's an impulse born out of not wanting to see Tsumugi vanish, lose all hope, and take his own life (something Subaru's father, a man his mother was close to, did due to not having anyone standing beside him—he mentions the same to Subaru when explaining why he wants to make his acquaintance and be his friend). He wouldn't be able to handle the guilt, having been able to do something instead of simply standing by, and... he says it's also an act of revenge. That instead of simply stabbing him in the back, he'd keep him close by as a reminder, so that he'll always be tormented by guilt.

In his second year, much has remained the same, though with the formation of his unit Switch and the addition of the secret weapon and treasure, a boy with synesthesia named Sora (who mediates and helps close the distance between Natsume and Tsumugi), he's slowly begun to open up a little more. He's still the type of person to tease and taunt, provoking and making people lose their composure—as he said, it's an occupational disease of fortune telling, and whether or not he's an active participant in it he was still raised to be one—but he also begins to show off the softer side he has beneath all the thorns grown from the hurt he's experienced. This is usually towards his juniors, especially Sora (who he adores) and the twins of 2wink, given their own closeness to Sora...

But it also comes out with Tsumugi from time to time. He constantly tells him to stop putting himself down, despite Natsume himself making small commentary in the same way—mostly because Tsumugi does it in such a way that it's annoyingly demeaning. He also genuinely apologizes when he takes things too far, and he gives compliments for hard work. Switch's mission is to spread the magic of happiness through their performances, and it's something Natsume takes seriously even in every day life. He doesn't hate too many people, and he isn't someone who (understandably) wants to be hated, either. Being hated is lonely, and he hates feeling lonely—it's suffocating and stifling.

Essentially, despite how hard it is to get to know him, despite how aloof and perverse he can be, despite how he's a terrible sore loser, not to mention really petty, and despite his short patience when it comes to people inviting his unitmates to things like sleepovers without consulting him first (whether or not he'd actually accept), Natsume's actually a fairly kind person, with a bit of a soft spot growing in his heart and who errs on the side of being well-meaning, despite the methods he uses to get there. He's often referred to as a precious thing by his eccentric seniors, whom he considers older brothers and whom consider him their littlest brother as well—something that deserves, that needs to be protected, so that it can continue to flourish.

The core of this hasn't changed at all going into his third-year either: his "conquest" of Yumenosaki Academy is an investment for Switch and for New Dimension both, as well as a vengence for the Five Eccentrics. He's still as petty and busybody as ever, thankfully.

Powers/abilities:Fortune-Teller; very observant and knowledgeable about how people work. He's trained under his mom, a world-class one, and is good enough to fill in for her without issue. While the majority of his fortune-telling work is done with crystal balls, it's safe to assume he's familiar with most types of it, include cartomancy (generally tarot cards) and palmistry (palm-reading).

Magician; of the sword and sorcery variety. He engages in "alchemy," which mostly boils down to baking/cooking treats and, presumably, creating his own scents, given he smells different every single day. He's also skilled in "casting magic" - revealing the truth with a dissonant voice (his "true" voice, signifying his real thoughts or feelings), as well as things on stage, such as fireworks and glowing lights.

Idol; attended one when he was much younger and was the star there before he moved on, he's retained enough of it that he can simply skip class for his present schooling. Skilled at singing, dancing, and being the straight man to a handful of people despite the incredibly outlandish and completely unironic way he carries himself.

Genius; he has a natural talent for picking up whatever he feels like doing and, coupled with his parents' ability to get him anything he'd want or that they'd like, has given him little to no hobbies and a sense of boredom. What doesn't come to him quite as naturally is truly understanding people, despite thinking that he knows how humans work in a very broad sense -- as Tsumugi says, he tends to jump to weird conclusions and get upset about them.

Game Club; for some reason he's really good with technology. He made a drone and also an entire VR system and game, not to mention the bugs he planted around the school in first year, nor modifying his phone in a way that allows him to both talk through it and have it explode should it fall into the wrong hands.

Questions: may be written icly as the character or oocly as the player; please limit to maximum 5 sentences each
✽ What does your character consider to be their top three strengths?
His ability to read and manipulate others, both of which compliment each other so that's why they're going together, and which are designated occupational hazards of being a fortuneteller; being one of the Five Eccentrics, because their name carries well into his next year for better or for worse, and because he's happy and proud to have been part of them; and basically that he's a genius. He's said himself he can pick up pretty much anything he wants to do, though he's always gotten his way growing up - so there isn't really much he actually wants for.

✽ What do others consider to be your character's greatest weakness?
Ironically, considering some of the above points, his actual knowledge of people's feelings. Natsume has a tendency to assume and jump to conclusions, and he'll work himself up into a mental frenzy overthinking literally everything. This most occurs with people he's truly worried about the opinions of - namely, people he genuinely loves and cares for - and usually either after a long period of not talking or not being able to see one another (in the case of Sora, who he doesn't get to spend time with as much anymore due to his own busy schedule of building a better, brighter tomorrow), or because he's still hurt from things that happened in the past and is trying really hard not to let mistakes repeat themselves (see: anything and everything with Tsumugi, actually).

✽ What are your character's three greatest fears?
Relativly normal ones... Being abandoned by/losing everyone he loves, being hated or thought of as a total villain... Repeating things his upperclassmen did in the past that he hated being done to him, like distancing himself too far to protect someone. For someone as extraordinary and strange as Natsume, his fears aren't exactly anything to call home about.

✽ What would your character choose for a last meal?
Something healthy -- just becauseh he's going to die doesn't mean he's not going to take care of himself even a little bit. Fruit or something, with a side of fresh-brewed herbal tea.

✽ Has your character ever killed? If so, how did that affect them? If not, how would it affect them?
In a surprising turn of events, considering how often he's been mad, he has not! But if he ever did, it would... probably upset him. He'd do it if he thought the reward outweighed the risk by a lot, or if something important to him was on the line, and he'd probably act as if he weren't as affected by it as he actually was -- but he'd be upset and angry, ultimately. Switch isn't a violent unit, unlike their two comrades in New Dimension: their goal is to always deliver a blissful, dream-like experience to their audiences, to make them smile and forget their worries for even a moment.

✽ If your character was given one selfish wish (eg. must be applied to themselves and not affect others), what would it be?
That the storybook ending he wrote for the Five Eccntrics would've come true. While he's more or less made his peace with it and steeled himself to work hard to make "everyone loved the Eccentrics and they're the reason why everything is flourishing, not Tenshouin and his old unit" a reality, at least as far as history is concerned, I'm sure there's still a desire deep in his heart for this to have happened... and this is regrettably a selfish and just for him wish despite involving other people because none of his fellow Eccentrics would approve (even if they're sympathetic to the thought), and it's incredibly childish - something he knows and acknowledges.

Sample: TDM top level & TDM thread with Mary because the dichotomy of Natsume Sakasaki interacting with girls vs boys is hilarious. He's so much nicer to the former. Please don't ask me why I'm awake at 5:45 AM.

(SPOILER WARNING: While I'll be pulling Hinata from a point that isn't as spoiler heavy as it could be, I'll be discussing future and past events that contain heavy spoilers for both Super Dangan Ronpa 2 and its prequel Dangan Ronpa 3: Despair Side. Please proceed with caution!

In addition to referencing some material from endgame, I'll also be including some mentions of things said in "Free Time Events". These are optional events where you can choose a character for Hinata to talk to during more peaceful times on the island. It's impossible to see them all without multiple playthroughs or utilizing the game's bonus mode, but some of them contain details that I feel are important to Hinata's character, so I'll be including them here.)

CHARACTER INFORMATION
Name: Hajime Hinata
Canon: Super Dangan Ronpa 2
Canon point: After Chapter 4's prologue/the morning after Chapter 3's trial
Age: Unconfirmed in canon, but guesstimating 16 in the simulation, physically 21
History: here

Personality: Hajime Hinata is a serious-minded and logical young man, someone who thinks carefully about things before he does them and approaches situations practically. He's the type of person that tries to rationalize things that don't make sense, and is so firmly set in reality that his first reaction to being put in an incomprehensible situation is to pass out. Not only is he a realist, but Hinata tends to worry quite a bit and can even be pessimistic. While the rest of his class is initially carefree during their situation, Hinata is constantly concerned something bad will happen. Truthfully he's a little envious of the others, but he "just can't think like that."

For a habitual worrier like Hinata, both the Killing Game and his inability to remember his talent become great sources of stress, yet one of the things that stands about him is his ability to (ordinarily) face things calmly. Even during one of Kuzuryuu's Free Time Events, he remarks on Hinata's ability to keep "a cool head" throughout everything that's happened. However he does have moments of weakness, such as times of intense worry or anxiety to the point that it's disabling or makes him act impulsively. But his wells of inner strength are vast, and many times Hinata is able to bounce back just as strongly.

Hinata also has a tendency to speak what's on his mind, often to the point of being blunt or rude. There are times he's polite, particularly with people of higher standing than him (for example, using polite Japanese with teachers in Dangan Ronpa 3). But more often than not, he is frank, dry and/or sarcastic. Normally he isn't unkind about it, but mostly just has a lack of manners. He's capable of using tact if he knows that his words could cause harm, such as not bringing up Nanami's mother since it seems like it might be a sensitive subject, but his first instinct is to speak what's on his mind. Many of Hinata's more biting thoughts result from his low tolerance for things he finds nonsensical or annoying, enough that it can make him grumpy.

Even if Hinata seems a little prickly at first, he does have a warmer side. Contrary to first impressions, Hinata can be quite kind to the people he considers friends, offering a warm smile and joking around with them when he lets his guard down. One of the things he is best at is offering a listening ear, and many of his classmates open up to him rather easily. During their Free Time Events Komaeda and Kuzuryuu, respectively, suggest his forgotten talent could be Super High School Level Serenity or Super High Level Counselor. Though Hinata himself is slightly baffled by the suggestions, he definitely has a knack for both.

Still, there are times that his communication with others doesn't go smoothly. This tends to be the case when he gets flustered, and happens with girls especially. A prime example is when he's left alone in a room with the girls in their swimsuits, and his response is to immediately flee. Like most other things that bother him, Hinata tends to push the topic away or steadfastly ignore it.

While Hinata serves as a pillar of strength to others throughout much of the story, there are still cases later on that break him more than anything else prior. First learning his amnesia covered up the fact that he has no talent; then the revelation of Nanami being the traitor, swiftly followed by her execution; and finally, the discovery that their entire time on the island was a virtual reality. While the first thing feels unbearable and makes him feel weak, it's the latter two that truly shatter Hinata and make him function like a shell of himself, more emotionally detached and exhausted with every new revelation.

It's under the pressure of making a choice between staying himself or reverting to the emotionless Kamukura responsible for starting the Killing Game that Hinata finally buckles, becoming angry at the ones who brought him here - even if it was his only chance of being rescued - and rejecting any responsibility. For the first time, Hinata refuses to do anything, willing to choose a false reality instead of facing the truth.

Hinata may be capable of breaking, but the right person can put him back together. Whether the Nanami that appears is a manifestation of Hinata's mind or a lingering ghost in the machine, she remains an important person able to put him back on the right path or settle his head, just as always. While before he had raged at everything and everyone, after Nanami's appearance he becomes disgusted with the Hajime Hinata that refuses to do anything and rejects responsibility. With that, Hinata becomes who he longed to be his whole life; someone able to walk tall and proud of himself, but not because of the talent he thought he needed.

While Hinata has always held a long-standing admiration of Hope's Peak, the changed Hinata is someone who has found confidence not in talent but in himself. Accepting the weight of his sins yet still walking with his head held high, embracing something not quite despair yet not quite hope, Hinata instead chooses to believe in the future and bonds he formed. His choice is to believe in himself, determined to not forget yet not linger, to take his life into his own hands and live by his own terms. Outside of the program he is a person filled with artificial talent, but he finds much more to live for than something as empty as that.

The present Hinata still has a long way to go before he reaches that point, with many painful and difficult things still in store. He may or may not end up walking a different path than the one intended, but one thing will remain unchanged: Hajime Hinata will live on as himself.

Powers/abilities: None, just an ordinary high school boy with amnesia.

Questions:
✽ What does your character consider to be their top three strengths?
I suppose you could say I've gotten good at solving murder cases... Honestly I don't even want to think about it, but I've never really been good at using my brain until now. A better thing I've noticed is that the other students seem to open up to me a lot, so I guess that counts as being a good listener. And for a third one... Probably staying focused on goals until they're done.

✽ What do others consider to be your character's greatest weakness?
Kuzuryuu and Saionji think I'm too soft-hearted... Owari and Nidai usually say I'm weak and need to work out more... And Souda thinks I'm too serious all the time and need to relax.
    ...
Somehow I feel little more frustrated than I did before I answered these...

✽ What are your character's three greatest fears?
The oldest fear I have is probably of not receiving anyone's acknowledgement, or being incapable of doing something that would make me important to someone. More recently, the biggest one has to be of losing even more of the friends I've made and not being able to save anyone from the Killing Game... Although I guess the last one probably ties into that a little, too? Sometimes, like that first night on the island, I'll get scared of what I might be capable of, and that I could be the one to hurt someone next.

✽ What would your character choose for a last meal?
Well if it's the last one, it should be something that tastes good, right? Maybe something sweet but not overbearing, like kusamochi... Or a simple but nice home cooked meal, like curry or mackerel with rice and miso.

✽ Has your character ever killed? If so, how did that affect them? If not, how would it affect them?
Of course I haven't! All of us have been trying so hard to keep that from happening, killing someone is the last thing I'd ever want to do... I feel like if I did, I wouldn't even be myself anymore.

✽ If your character was given one selfish wish (eg. must be applied to themselves and not affect others), what would it be?
Honestly? To finally go home and have a damn nap.
...Sorry, sorry. I'll give you a real answer.
My wish, above anything else, is to remember what my talent is that makes me special.

[personal profile] attritional 2021-04-01 04:01 pm (UTC)(link)
PLAYER INFORMATION
Name: Haki
Preferred pronoun(s): she/her
Contact: PM

CHARACTER INFORMATION
Name: Iria Severine
Canon: Original
Canon point: N/A
Age: 19
History:
Iria lives in a family of five, including herself, who are very well off and her life involved having to live with the every day people while being aware of the status her family holds. Aside from her father being a prominent figure of society, her life was pretty normal... until she met a boy named Sora and through enough interactions, she started liking him a lot--they were a very happy couple despite their personalities that should have clashed. However, that also eventually came to an end when Sora suddenly broke up with her with the realization that they were actually related--fraternal twins, actually. The realization really broke her for a while, then she ends up finding out more family secrets, but tried to keep up a facade of normalcy harder than ever... and then they decided to live in one of their beach houses and found a mirror. That's when everything went wrong even more--her older sister, Aria, was found dead in front of the mirror over and over before Iria realized that the world was looping several days before the incident and tried to prevent it, but failed each and every time with the second-last time showing a person very similar to her younger brother having killed Aria. She snapped and in the next loop, she nearly killed her brother by choking him because she thought he was the one behind it. On that loop, it was her brother that was dead in Aria's place, and Aria who suggested that they can control the time loops to prevent any of them from dying.

Personality:
Iria Severine is a girl that's out of everyone's league, is a sentence her peers would use to sum her up very well. At first, she comes off as a strict, haughty nag, but many people, even strangers, have heard of her kindness, reliability, dedication, humility and more selfless actions than they can ever recount. There are many people who find her attitude and spirit admirable. She is the type of person who other parents chide their children, putting her on a pedestal as a role model--"why can't you be more like Iria" sort of way.

Despite all that, Iria doesn't place herself all that high, though she does have relatively good self-esteem. She doesn't enjoy the way people put her on a pedestal and will lightly tell them, and being told that she's being humble in return is a cycle that she has long gotten used to. Her family is a primary motivator for her, not for how she wants others to look at her--if it's for family, she'd do anything. She also thanks her family that she is who she is today: a well disciplined young woman who often keeps her older sister and younger brother out of trouble while enjoying the company of her friends. Despite being born in a rich family with supposedly high social standing, Iria doesn't let the class divide impact who she makes friends with. Despite that, she is also aware of how her social standing impacts others around her and herself, so she is careful about how she presents herself in public.

With the lack of prejudice, Iria had grown accustomed to being friends with people around her age as well as widening her perspective on what she could do in her position to help others. Her sense of justice is strong in that regard and does her best to not let anyone be left behind, but as time passed, she realizes that she can't help absolutely everybody, but even so, she tries to help as many as she can anyway. She wants to understand all sides of the argument at any opportunity and think about what is the best action to take for herself. She won't blindly follow someone, and if she is forced to, she will definitely be cautious.

Despite being thoroughly self-disciplined and thinking that she could handle anything that could come at her way, learning about her family's darker secrets shattered Iria's world for a long time, and with finding out her boyfriend was actually her fraternal twin brother who was sold from his birth and covered up as a miscarriage, the time loops happening without explanation with her sister's death at the end every time, seeing a lookalike of her brother killing her sister in one of them--she snapped and almost strangled her younger brother to death in the next loop. While she is the type to internalize stress, it eventually blows up on her when she doesn't have the opportunity to relieve it, resulting in drastic actions as mentioned. Though, this is only in extreme cases, which I'm pretty sure a horror school and seeing your precious family members die over and over again qualifies as an example.

While all those mentioned good qualities are not a fake face she puts up for herself, it's something that's integrated into her personality, and she always tries to treat others fairly, but when push comes to shove, she won't let others take advantage of her if she doesn't have anything to get out of it, and doesn't have any trouble refusing if she wants to. Since there were some people who didn't know how to take no for an answer, she learned self-defense, because she believes some people cannot be swayed by words alone. Watch this rich girl yeet a dude that's way taller than her. She tries to be proper and all, but in the end, she's just another 19-year-old girl who wants to live the supportive life with peace and quiet.

Powers/abilities: She's normal. Everything she can do is within the average human limits. She can wield sword-like weapons as well as other self-defense techniques. You wouldn't expect someone of her stature to be able to throw people, so she's pretty strong--but again, human limitations. Human limits are surprisingly pretty big...

Questions:

✽ What does your character consider to be their top three strengths?
- Organizing, keeping calm under stressful situations, and helping others.

✽ What do others consider to be your character's greatest weakness?
- Others think she's too selfless and want her to think about herself for once.

✽ What are your character's three greatest fears?
- Family secrets getting out, something terrible happening to her family (death, kidnapping, etc), having to drink blood for any reason. She actually has a small blood allergy that she mostly keeps under control until she comes into contact with it externally, which causes her immune system to flare up and attack her own blood cells. Fun.

✽ What would your character choose for a last meal?
- A bottle of spirytus vodka and nothing else. If she's going to die, she might as well not be here for it (her mind). If this isn't acceptable, give her spaghetti.

✽ Has your character ever killed? If so, how did that affect them? If not, how would it affect them?
- She hasn't killed anyone, and she would be affected differently depending on who she had to kill, but she would be more personally affected with having to kill someone closer to her and probably wouldn't recover for a while.

✽ If your character was given one selfish wish (eg. must be applied to themselves and not affect others), what would it be?
- Wishes she could no longer be allergic to blood.

CHARACTER INFORMATION
Name: Abel Nightroad
Canon: Trinity Blood
Canon point: Chapter 56 - after reuniting with Esther in the bunker
Age: 976
History: here!

Personality:
Reliably unreliable. Irritatingly irritating. Gluttonous to a fault with a black-hole stomach and insatiable sweet tooth; terrible with money; horrible with mornings. Whiny, frivolous, and sometimes exhausting- Abel is known as quite a handful to those unfortunate to suffer his company, and should you read this book by its cover, you’d surely walk away thinking nothing more of him than that. It’s hard to take him seriously and even harder to imagine he’s anything but deserving of the moniker of “Father Useless”.

And that? Is precisely how he’d like it.

Yet beneath well-practiced masks and goofy, jovial charm is a 976 year old self-proclaimed “monster.” Working to atone for his bloody past, Abel considers himself a creature beyond redemption yet strives to make amends none-the-less. Guilt and fear, pain and love motivate him in equal measures; he unconditionally treasures the world and all who reside in it, believing it’s never too late to change the path one walks - no matter how far down the road they’ve travelled. There are few who can give as much of themselves in the name of someone else, willing to whole-heartedly believe in them - even if they’ve given up on themselves. This hypocritical, self-effacing mindset has carried him throughout the last ten years and for better or for worse, it has helped him continue to keep one foot in front of the next toward a world that might finally know peace… his warmest and most treasured dream.

Abel’s deeply empathetic and selfless to an objective fault; when others suffer, he feels it right along with them. When others are happy, he feels it just as keenly and celebrates their victories as if they were his own. He’s most pleased when others’ needs are met and well cared for – and if they’re hurting, if they’re feeling alone or left wanting, he’s compelled to try and do his best to right things in his own way. Sometimes underhanded and more than a little mischievous, he tends to use humor and deflection to ensure he can take care of others without drawing too much attention to himself. …And, frankly? He’s playful by nature, the prospect of making others smile something he’ll unashamedly delight in with abandon. Does one really need a good reason to tease those they’re fond of…? His answer is a resounding ‘no,’ without a doubt. If it happens to further an agenda, well – that’s just killing two birds with one stone, isn’t it?

But despite these seemingly selfless tendencies and his all-too-friendly demeanor, he is inherently selfish at his base. He demands the trust and vulnerability of others while obstinately refusing to give either in return. In his fear of being feared and hated, he goes to extreme and desperate lengths to hide himself from even those he cares for most – this lack of reciprocation and emotional vulnerability can result in stilted relationships and feelings of inadequacy or a lack of faith. Even worse, it can become resentment – and Abel flounders in response, unable to provide the reasonings for his behavior for further fear of the consequences of his honesty. In his eyes, he does not deserve kindness, or warmth, or forgiveness. He does not want pity, does not feel himself worthy of affections – and so when things get too personal, too close, he often finds some way to deflect and withdraw in aversion to these things. I can be your friend, but I can’t accept anything in return.

Yet his worst quality is undeniably an old bitterness and anger he cannot truly be rid of, no matter how many years have passed since it raged unbridled. Though he is hyper aware of his faults and takes great pains to maintain self-control, in moments of desperation, Abel is still capable of losing it. Possessive and protective of others, old vitriol can rear its head in dire situations when those he cares for most are in danger – rekindling old embers of a deep, bloodthirsty hate and desire to inflict suffering on those who hurt those most precious. Once upon a time, it was this hatred and pain that caused him to become the ‘enemy of the world,’ responsible for over seven million deaths in his genocidal rampage. Now, it is a ghost that haunts his every step and threatens to burst free every time he taps into the cursed power of the Crusnik, and why he will do everything in his power to prevent using it.

On the flipside of the coin, the intense desire to protect others – while capable of feeding into darker fears of losing that most precious to him – compels him to feats of strength and compassion. He believes intrinsically that every life holds value and worth, following the affection for others his lover, Lilith, had imparted to him before she was killed. Her values and ideals have left a permanent and deep impact on his outlook, and it is undeniable that his every step since leaving her tomb has been in her memory. His deepest regret was failing her; his promise to never kill again, to never let anyone he can protect die, gives his life purpose and is one he takes with the utmost seriousness.

Abel wants to see a peaceful world of coexistence, one Lilith had worked so hard to create. Every single step he takes moving forward will be to those ends – even if it means he’ll continue onward forever.

Powers/abilities:
here! You can also find a more detailed breakdown in the "Crusnik" section here.

Questions:
✽ What does your character consider to be their top three strengths?
Abel is absolutely the type of guy who'd answer "nothing." Since he's lame and that's lame, I'll choose for him!

Unerring: regardless the hand fate has dealt him, and regardless the odds, Abel is single-mindedly determined to continue moving forward and doing whatever it takes to put one foot in front of the next. In his mind, "sinners" aren't afforded the luxury of giving up - and he steadfastly believes its his duty to do whatever he can to protect and cherish the lives around him. That stubbornness can be a boon.

Compassionate: despite his past (or maybe because of it), Abel has a fool's heart that loves whole-heartedly and without reservation. He cares deeply for others, empathizes with their pain, and would do anything in his power to alleviate it. Though he sees this as an extension of Lilith's wishes, because of its connection to her and her ideals, he would treasure it.

Understanding: in conjunction with his compassion is his desire to truly understand others. He wants to get to know them, be a part of their worlds and see things from their point of view. Even when faced with a cold-hearted enemy working to destroy him, Abel seeks to find some mutual understanding and believes there's hope for everyone. That idealism can't be a bad thing, right?

✽ What do others consider to be your character's greatest weakness?
Guarded: despite his eagerness to extend a warm hand to others, Abel rarely permits the same in return. This can be frustrating and even hurtful for those who care for him most.

Soft: Abel is extremely idealistic - some might argue to a fault. More than once, his desire to avoid conflict or to sympathize with others has resulted in bungling missions and causing logistical nightmares. Caterina (his superior) has had to clean up his well-meaning messes on multiple occasions, and he's even come to blows with his coworkers over his bleeding heart.

Stubborn: hand-in-hand with his softness is his stubbornness. Abel is often motivated to "fix" every problem, even if some things simply aren't fixable and takes it extremely hard and personal when it results in failure. He will run himself ragged and pull every string he possesses to try and make things work out long beyond when a rational mind would've called it quits. His inability to let go can be frustrating as much as it can result in heartbreak.

✽ What are your character's three greatest fears?
Control: loss of control - to his own bloodlust, to rage, and to Crusnik. He rarely utilizes his abilities, as he feels he's unable to restrain himself and knows all too well what he's capable of becoming.

Failure: failing to protect others, to watch others suffer and die is a long-standing fear that strikes at all his heartstrings. After losing Lilith, he vowed never to take a life - and never to let a life be taken that he could protect ever again. Finding himself unable to live up to that lofty goal is crushing.

Being feared: Abel loves people. He wants to protect them, to foster their happiness, to see them thrive and grow, to be their friends - and the thought of being viewed as a monster, to be feared by them is devastating and paralyzing.

✽ What would your character choose for a last meal?
Something disgustingly sweet!! An entire chocolate cake complete with delicate sugary decoration would probably be a diabetes-inducing trip to heaven before he's delivered straight to Hell; worth it, tbh.

✽ Has your character ever killed? If so, how did that affect them? If not, how would it affect them?
Abel is responsible for a death toll over seven million people during the Dark Ages. Whether it was utilizing nuclear warfare, or tapping into the powers of Crusnik to take lives with his own two hands, he took sadistic delight in ending humans on a tunnel-vision, genocidal mission to purge them of the earth. Though he has since opened his eyes to the depths of his own grievous sins and misguided beliefs toward mankind, it wasn't until Lilith's death that he truly understood how blinded by his own pain and hatred he'd become. Now, Abel would much rather end himself a thousand times than so much as think about hurting others.

✽ If your character was given one selfish wish (eg. must be applied to themselves and not affect others), what would it be?
This one is hard...!! Considering he very much harbors a masochistic streak and doesn't believe himself deserving of kindness or the luxury of selfish wishes... I'd say the one trivial thing he'd concede (in his heart of hearts, if a gun was held to someone else's head) would be to see Lilith again and be given the chance to truly apologize to her, to tell her she had been right all along.

CHARACTER INFORMATION
Name: White
Canon: Mahoutsukai no Yakusoku
Canon point: Southern Ballad
Age: 2000~
History: There were once two Twin Wizards: Snow & White. They were always together, until a wizard named Murr put the idea of exploring solitude into Snow's head and Snow sought to experience it himself; White hated the idea and eventually they fought over it, and through this White lost his life. Unable to be apart from his brother, Snow revived his twin through magical means and bound their souls together in trade for half his power gone.

In more present day terms, White is one of the 21 Wizards who protect, live with, and cherish the Great Sage who guides them through the years and against the Great Calamity, an annual event in which the moon descends Majora's Mask style upon the world and seeks to destroy it for some reason. It's through this past year that the Great Calamity has been worse than ever before, costing the lives of several Wizards (all of whom are replaced by the newbies in the current cast) and causing those who fought against it to be afflicted with odd curses; White's own is that he's sealed away in a painting with his brother at night, though they're able to step out as "shadows" of themselves and do minor magics.

White also acts as one of two "mentors" in his division, the Northern Wizards, partnered with his brother Snow and "training" the Wizards under their care (Bradley, Owen, and Mithra) though it's more like he and Snow ensure they don't go too far, as Northern Wizards are notoriously power-hungry, territorial, and mean. Additionally, he assists the Great Sage in getting used to all of the Wizards and the world itself, as he has been a Sage's Wizard for a long, long time, and has seen many come and gone, though it doesn't appear as if he remembers them all very well.

Personality: White heralds himself (and therefore his brother as well) as a kind Wizard who loves humans, children most of all. It's that Grandpa (tm) feel, even though his physical form appears more like a child itself. In reality, White is just as cruel as any other Northern Wizard, though it's not false that he loves humans; he wants them and Wizards to get along, and has many a towns beneath he and his brother's protection, though they tend to abandon them if there are too many people there as it "complicates things". Despite that, the people of the towns do appreciate the twins for their time, and understand the limitations that they have population-wise. To the point of pushing out outsiders.

The Great Sage calls White a "kind" person too, and though it's a little lopsided (White only smiles when a traveling family are ushered out the door with some food, for example, but later on takes the child they abandon in the snowfields into his home) there is a mark of kindness to him! It's more towards his own choosing, as he's long lived and he knows how many a heart works, but kind nonetheless; he also calls himself a liar and a trickster, hinting that his feelings may not always be what they appear at face value, and this is shown in a number of ways from pranks to outright deceiving others to get out of duties. It should be noted that a lot of the younger Wizards do view him as a kind person as well, someone respectable and to rely on, while a fair many of the older ones have an entirely different view on him, most notably the Northern Wizards under his care.

For example, while none of them would mess with any town under the twins' patronage, they all agree that Snow and White are pretty much like outsiders looking in, casting their affections frivolously, and don't have a genuine feeling towards anyone but themselves; they're as violent and possessive as the younger generation, even if White has claimed that they've lived thus long simply staying in their own lane, and wouldn't hesitate to strike someone down if they felt the whim.

White himself feels immense guilt over what happened in the past, and that if he had only let Snow try being apart for a change there may have been the chance that they would have met again and it all would have been fine; he was terrified that his brother would find life apart from him better and abandon him hence, and acted out, fought, and so on so that Snow wouldn't leave him. He was scared of change, and suffered the greatest change of all. He's trying his best these days to be better about it and solitude, having specific days marked where he and Snow are apart so that they may be all the happier when they are together, but it's still difficult. He differs from his brother in that whereas Snow would simply strike things down one at a time, if they're in a pair, White would prefer to reunite them and then kill them – because that's what he'd prefer for him and his brother, speculatively speaking. Because no one should be lost, alone, without their other half at their side.

A lot of White is a mystery, in the end. He doesn't seem to have a particular motive for things outside of "the better of the world", as he'd hated to see it destroyed by the Great Calamity and he'd like to see Wizards and humans get along, but one thing that is certain is that he has a deep-set understanding that his time is, in essence, finite. Should Snow ever choose to be alone, to free himself the burden of half his power stolen, or even if it was a split decision born out of anger -- he only need to release the spell that ties their souls together, and White would disappear. It most likely won't happen, but it's not a 0% chance either.

Finally, and it feels most important to say, but White sometimes has the debate of how much of himself is how he is, or was, and how much of it is Snow's perception and tastes. As he's bound to Snow's magic, a lot of it could be based in memory -- how White acted, rose-tinted and also darkened in worse moments -- or it could be truth, but he doesn't know. He doesn't know, and it's that existential crisis that haunts him now and then. How much this "White" is the real White, if he's even the real White, or if he's just... not.
Powers/abilities: As a Wizard, White can perform any number of magical things -- most notably, however, is that he seems to specialize in barriers and protective elements, using them quite often in the support role. He's able to cast more offensive magic for certain, but support seems to be his jam. He does so by using a spell word (Noscomunia) and summoning his Magical Artifact (a doll that apparently resembles his father). White, along with Snow, also has the gift of prophecies! Whatever they foresee will happen, one way or another, and they've a few floating around that act as plot hooks for characters in other countries.

Additionally, he makes his trade in glassworking. More specifically, in stained glasswork. It's a hobby that's called on every so often, though not too lately as he and his brother (who shares this hobby) have been living in the Manor versus one of their towns.

Questions: may be written icly as the character or oocly as the player; please limit to maximum 5 sentences each
✽ What does your character consider to be their top three strengths?
Hohoho. I do believe that may be my adorable looks, kindness towards others, and the ability to pick and choose battles. Choosing to keep to yourself is nothing to be ashamed of, despite what others may think... It has, after all, kept my brother and I alive long enough, hoho.

✽ What do others consider to be your character's greatest weakness?
I do believe the other Northern Wizards would consider my adoration of humans to be it. Or perhaps love in general. It is one of life's greatest and most natural magics, given and received by all who live, yet they haven't an understanding of it at all -- though it is love that ultimately took my life.

✽ What are your character's three greatest fears?
[White won't comment so truthfully on this, so oocly:

Dying. Being apart from Snow (whoops). Not being who he is. It's a small, but succinct list of things.]

✽ What would your character choose for a last meal?
I hadn't much a choice for my first last meal, but I wouldn't recommend anything bloody to others. Something simple, I think. Hohoho, what an interesting question to give a ghost.

✽ Has your character ever killed? If so, how did that affect them? If not, how would it affect them?
One must eventually end the lives of others if they are to survive themselves. Should something be causing a fuss and need to be taken care of, it must be done. Hohoho, this must sound rather odd from one so young-looking, doesn't it? But I am a Wizard of the North, as any other would remind you.

✽ If your character was given one selfish wish (eg. must be applied to themselves and not affect others), what would it be?
[oocly, it'd most likely be to be Alive again. So he knows that he is who he is, and so that Snow can have his full power back.]

CHARACTER INFORMATION
Name: Jiro Azuma
Canon: Black Torch
Canon point: ch. 19
Age: 17
History: wiki

Personality:

On the surface, Jiro isn't a very likable person. He's mouthy and rude, and has no sense of civility in the way he addresses people. He makes disparaging remarks indiscriminately; insulting anyone from enemies, to teammates, to his grandfather. He'll deliberately provoke people into fighting him by jeering and name-calling, even upon a first meeting. When introduced to his teammate Reiji, Jiro immediately goes for mocking his appearance, background, and his attempt at flirting with their teammate, Ichika. Though often more in a good-natured bantering way of continual snark, Jiro's caustic comments can come off as disrespectful and dismissive. He refers to a family heirloom sword as a cheap knockoff after his grandfather gives him a lecture about bringing shame to his lineage. He generally can't make it through a conversation without derogatory statements, backtalk, or unnecessary bitching. Along with this off-putting manner of communication, Jiro has a tendency to yell and be outspoken about things. He'll say what he wants to say when he wants to say it, and he'll say it loudly, no matter the situation. After being possessed by a mononoke, and subsequently tracked down by the Bureau, they tell him in no uncertain terms that he'll be going back as their prisoner. Jiro calls them out, protesting that they have no authority to do whatever they want with him; and Ichika knocks him out with the hilt of her sword out half-way through his tirade just to get him to shut up.

His slights and taunts often present as childish and he has a juvenile sense of humor. He is viewed as immature and impertinent and isn't particularly liked by his teammates initially, even without his half-demon status. Jiro is frequently compared to a middle schooler when he doesn't take things seriously, makes stupid and obvious comments, or whines about mundane things like someone taking his food from the refrigerator. He also engages in sophomoric pranks, like shaking up a can of soda before giving it to Reiji. Jiro expresses his annoyance and irritation through outbursts of frustrated incoherent screaming or baseless recalcitrance; essentially a temper tantrum.

Jiro is very reactive physically in addition to verbally. He won't hesitate to engage in fights, and has a long history of doing so. This stems mostly from his childhood, and the way he was brought up. He was bullied as a child nearly every day; other kids at school would make fun of him and pick fights because they considered Jiro creepy and weird for being able to talk to animals. He lived with his grandfather, but it was the family dog who Jiro got the most consolation from. His grandfather instead put emphasis on getting stronger, which sort of backfired. Jiro learned how to fight from him, but considered that to be the primary way to resolve anything. He derives entertainment and gratification from inciting altercations, has little restraint, and will use the slightest provocation as an excuse for violence.

Despite outwardly showing little decorum or friendliness in general, Jiro is kind and compassionate at his core, especially with animals, whom he doesn't consider lesser beings than humans. Animals have always been his friends when he had no human ones, and Jiro frequently goes out of his way or puts himself in danger to help them. As a child, he would rescue cats from trees when they were scared and couldn't get down, but neither could he, and he'd fall along with the cat. His crusade expanded to things like confronting gang members because they were throwing bottle rockets at cats and crows under a bridge, and reassuring the animals that if there was retaliation, he'd be fine because he's used to it. Jiro is known for this protective streak, and the local crows seek him out when there's a problem. Alerted to an injured cat in the woods near his house, Jiro immediately runs out to find it and make sure its injuries are treated; before he has any idea that the cat is a mononoke named Rago. Once he does know, Jiro thinks no differently of Rago and follows him into the woods, despite Rago's protests, to save him again when he's attacked. When asked why, Jiro simply says that he doesn't need a reason to help people.

His consideration for others over himself makes him rather reckless and impulsive. Jiro's drive to assist anyone who needs help results in a tendency to charge into dangerous situations before taking stock of potential consequences. Saving Rago results in Jiro's death and subsequent possession, because he wasn't prepared for the encounter in the slightest. When Ichika is transporting Jiro to the Bureau, they're stopped by mononoke and Ichika leaves the vehicle to fight them alone. She expresses her hatred for Jiro only moments earlier, but he is adamant about going out to help her fight; even though he's both her prisoner and the mononoke's target.

Like with everything else, Jiro isn't quiet about what he sees as injustice and unfair practices and opinions. While Rago is more ardently pacifistic about it, Jiro speaks up on behalf of the both of them when they're being collectively dismissed as an object or tool under ownership of the Bureau. He refuses to allow himself to be treated like a monster because he's a demon by a technicality. When he and Reiji fight, Jiro refuses to "use" Rago like the weapon Reiji classifies him as. Jiro doesn't like anyone, human or mononoke or animal, being shoved into categories and generalizations.

Whether classified as independent, strong-willed, or stubborn, Jiro sticks with his convictions and ideals, and is confident in his ability to handle things on his own. After learning of his possession, Jiro's grandfather attacks him without holding back, asserting Jiro becoming a demon is an affront to everything he's worked for as a former member of the Bureau. Jiro insists on fighting the old man himself without Rago's power assistance, even though he'd likely be killed. That sentiment proves himself, and his grandfather relents. Later, when separated from Rago, Jiro is angry the Bureau isn't immediately going to find him and track down the mononoke responsible, telling them that he'll go himself, and intent on charging in alone if he has to. He spends only days trying to get control of the power Rago left behind, and can't, but he continues his rescue mission regardless.

Powers/abilities:

ancestral abilities
Bestowed upon Jiro's shinobi family by a mononoke centuries ago, and passed down through generations. Thus, they have some sort of magical origin and aren't spontaneous or from skill cultivation for the most part. Descendants have all displayed these to varying degrees, but it's noted that Jiro is particularly gifted in both:

→ Athleticism/Physical Prowess: General increased strength, agility, etc.
→ Animal Communication: The ability to talk to all animals: shown for dogs, cats, birds, snakes, raccoons, etc.

mononoke/possession
Jiro is possessed by a cat demon (Rago), who's power is considered infinite because it doesn't decrease or need to be replenished. He's one of the most powerful mononoke, though specifics aren't noted. This power is shown to be able to destroy an entire realm and level a town. When used through Jiro, it generally takes the form of shadowy smoke coming from his body and gradually giving him cat-like physical attributes (ears, tail, claws, etc). Rago controls the power when he and Jiro are merged together, but when separated, Jiro can't control it well by himself. He has use of it for approximately fifteen minutes before he'll either: 1) start losing his mind and becoming a demon beast-cat thing, or 2) succumb to organ failure and death.

Questions:

✽ What does your character consider to be their top three strengths?
He may be a dick, but he does actually care; his kindness more expressed through actions than words, willing to help anyone if he's capable of doing so. Jiro is protective of those he feels can't protect themselves and he'll put himself in harm's way without a second thought if it stops someone else, or a cat, from being hurt. He's driven in his pursuit of any goals he makes, usually by way of heading straight into a fight as soon as he's made the decision that something needs to be done.

✽ What do others consider to be your character's greatest weakness?
He's a childish asshole and kind of obnoxious.

✽ What are your character's three greatest fears?
1. That he won't be able to help or save someone (or an animal, mostly an animal...)
2. Captivity of any sort
3. Domineering or strong-willed women

✽ What would your character choose for a last meal?
Vegetarian stir-fry.

✽ Has your character ever killed? If so, how did that affect them? If not, how would it affect them?
He's killed some mononoke, but no humans. He almost killed a few guards and his grandfather when he couldn't control his power, and he was upset by that enough to finally fall in line and do what the Bureau wanted him to. In the heat of the moment, he'd be able to kill someone, but afterwards would regret it and feel like he deserves any punishment inflicted for it.

✽ If your character was given one selfish wish (eg. must be applied to themselves and not affect others), what would it be?
Complete freedom, where he doesn't have to conform to anyone's rules. (let him live in the forest with the crows)

CHARACTER INFORMATION
Name: Jun Kohinata
Canon: Tokyo Xanadu Ex+
Canon point: Post After Story
Age: 16
History: Tokyo Xanadu's wiki is awful, so I wrote a history here. But that's longer than 10 sentences so a quicker synposis:
Jun was raised by the Kronos Orden, a cult faction funded by the church with the goal of fighting against threats from the Eclipse, aka a hell dimension. He was raised to basically be an emotionless child soldier, and eventually gained holy powers that are probably from God - but this is a JRPG with a planned sequel so who knows how it'll turn out.

When he was 15, he was sent to Tokyo on a mission to investigate a troubling trend of Eclipse incidents on behalf of the Japanese military. He enrolled in school as a cover and met three idiotic teenagers who completely failed to notice anything weird about him and they spent the next year and a half obliviously undoing 15 years of careful mental conditioning. Jun started growing as a person and found it pretty cool.

After a year his friends started getting involved in Eclipse stuff, and loads of hijinks happened. He hid his identity at first and did a bunch of shady stuff, but they figured it out eventually and went "stop being dumb jun". Now they work together as a team to fight threats.

Personality:
Jun is...complicated.

The simplest way to describe Jun is that he has two personas that he puts on depending on the situation: the high school student and White Shroud. You meet the student side of him first. He's introduced as one of Kou's friends at school, and in this persona he does seem very normal to the casual eye. He's down-to-earth, easy going, cheerful, and a bit nerdy without veering into obsessive. He doesn't have any of the strong personality traits that his friends exhibit: he's not loud like Ryouta, a workaholic like Kou, or extremely sweet like Shiori. Truth be told, he's so normal that he's almost forgettable the moment he leaves a room. He's that person in your friend circle at school that you hung out with a lot, only to realize much later that you never learned anything of substance about him.

Not long after you meet him as White Shroud, though you're unaware that it's Jun at the time. As White Shroud, he couldn't be anymore different than his student persona. He's cold and aloof, keeping his interactions with people brief if not outright avoiding them altogether. Attempting to converse with him is difficult at best, as he brushes people off with uncaring words. Gravely serious, he only cares about accomplishing his mission and nothing else. If something falls outside his mission perimeters, he's quick to dismiss it. Essentially, he's as close as a human can get to an emotionless weapon.

The truth is, neither of these personas are exactly the "real Jun", nor are either complete lies either. You see, Jun was raised to be a child soldier against a threat hidden from most of the world. The faction who raised him, Kronos Orden, were pretty extreme about it compared to the others. Seal Knights are expected to be wholly devoted to the cause, in body and soul. Not only was something done to his body to give him superhuman abilities, but he was denied any chances to form a sense of self or emotional attachments - severely impairing his emotional development.

However, things started to change for him when he was sent to Morimiya for a long term mission. Posing as a high schooler during the day, Jun was exposed to something he'd never experienced before: normalcy. Day after day, he was exposed to new experiences that most kids his age would take for granted. Slowly over time, these experiences caused Jun to start to grow and change. The act he put on as his student persona became less of an act as a real personality began to form, and the friends he made became truly precious to him. When he fully realized he was changing, he decided to lean into it- to see what he could learn about himself. He'd observe behaviors that others would do, and try to mimic them himself to see if it felt right to him. Some would get discarded, while others would he'd keep.

The real Jun is a mix of his personas. He's serious about his work, but quick to joke around and smile when he's not working. While he takes being a Seal Knight seriously, overall doesn't seem to take himself that seriously. He's confident in his abilities, but he doesn't have an ego about them. He's surprisingly fine with working with others so long as they understand the risks - even going so far as to vouch for allowing certain people to help when Kou refuses out of worry of their safety. As long as his missions get completed, he's not too fussed over HOW they're completed.

One very notable personality trait that Jun has developed is that he is excessively kind, often going beyond what any person would normally do without thinking about it. When the XRC all passed out and he didn't, it wasn't enough to simply get them out of harm's way. Instead he tracked down people each member cared about, brought them to spots where those people could find them, and even made sure they were laying in comfortable positions so they wouldn't wake up sore -- all before disappearing before anyone spotted him to avoid getting credit. He doesn't have a deep reason for going so overboard with it, he just feels an impulse and follows it, often not understanding why other people are surprised he goes through so much hassle. He claims he's just following his friend Kou's example...but even Kou is often like "um" at how far he goes.

That said, he's still a bit of a troll. He enjoys creeping people out with scary stories he "read online", and will tease people (he will never let poor Ryouta forget the time he mistook him for a girl and asked him out. Never.) when the mood strikes him. He has no shame about dragging his friends into his nerdy hobbies either, whether it be forcing his friend to cosplay with him or sending them manga to read. And while he's grown to be a little more emotionally honest since his friends discovered his real identity, he's still full of secrets. He's skilled at lying and half-truths, often dancing around subjects.

Yet for all the growing Jun has done over the year and a half he's spent in Morimiya, he still has a lot of issues. Many emotions are still beyond his grasp, and the warped ideas he learned from the Orden still have a habit of popping up. Even though he's happy to work with the XRC, he still has to reminded from time to time that he has a team now. He struggles to connect with people due to a lifetime of avoiding emotional attachments, but the people he does manage to connect with he sees as incredibly precious. Basically he's trying his best, but boy does he need therapy.

Powers/abilities:
As a Seal Knight, Jun is essentially a living weapon. Among the Underground in the world, Seal Knights are considered the most powerful of the anti-Eclipse combatants. Jun is no exception to the rule, as he's shown able to single-handedly take down Greed strong enough to normally require entire teams of regular wielders. The methods to how they obtained this level of power is shrouded in mystery, though they claim they were acknowledged by God. Until canon says otherwise, I'm going to take this claim at face value.

His abilities are as followed:

Holy Sword: He can summon a giant holy sword, called Alka Regus, at will. Notably he can summon this sword even outside Eclipses (unlike other Soul Devices), and he says only Sealed are capable of wielding it.

Shroud: He can change into his Seal Knight uniform at will like a very prudish magical girl. The hood is enchanted to obscure his voice when it's up, though it'll malfunction if he's badly injured. The fabric is enchanted with light magic to further protect its wearer and probably repair itself considering it was still wearable after he was impaled.

Light Magic: In fights he uses powerful light-elemental magic to obliterate opponents. This includes a range of skills, but most notably is his ability to make HOLY RAIN OF DEATH.

Light Arrows/Bow: He can create shoot up to six normal sized light-arrows at once to fire at opponents, or one giant-sized one depending on his needs. He can also create a bow out of light big enough to use his sword as an arrow.

Teleportation: He can use magic to teleport himself and others, though he has to take time to make a portal if it's a several people or a large thing. It won't work for any areas that aren't allowed for plot reasons and he avoids using it in places he's never been since teleporting himself into a wall would suck.

Magic: He can cast various spells such as creating a fake sleeping version of himself, binding spells, tracking spells, a voice distortion spell - basically a bunch of random spells that would be handy for his line of work and/or plot convenient.

Regeneration: He can heal quickly from injuries, even fatal ones. He can heal up from being impaled in about 2 days- 1 day if he has the chance to relax and completely focus on healing. Smaller injuries will take a few hours, depending on the severity.

Enhanced abilities: Strength, speed, endurance, dexterity. He can parkour like no other and also wield a giant sword with one hand despite being tiny.

Enhanced Senses: He can pick up on presences of others, and whether or not they are hostile. He can also sense different types of magical/spiritual energies well enough to distinguish between them - even more so than other Underground people.

Fighting Abilities: He spent his whole life being trained to fight monsters so yeah he can throw punches. He is most proficient in swords and bows, but he can probably make do with what he has.

Seal: He has a seal mark on his arm that'll glow when activated. Mostly this is used as a form of ID to other Orden members, but should he get injured to the point of life threatening- it'll activate and blow up everything near him with very powerful light magic as a last-ditch effort to protect him.

Questions: may be written icly as the character or oocly as the player; please limit to maximum 5 sentences each
✽ What does your character consider to be their top three strengths?
Jun would come up with vague bullshit answers but actually doesn't really consider having any strengths because that requires more of a positive opinion than he actually has of himself.

So what I consider to be his strengths is his kindness, his open-mindedness, and his pragmatism. He is open to new ideas and experiences, he is relentlessly kind towards others when the thought strikes him, and he doesn't let ego get in the way of how things get done. It doesn't matter that he's an insanely powerful human weapon that trained all his life to fight the forces of hell - if a complete normie with zero fighting experince tells him they want to fight using a random magic wooden sword they found because they want to help their friends? Then my God, Jun will help them live that dream without a complaint and then sincerely praise them for their hardwork even as he lowkey carries the entire team.

✽ What do others consider to be your character's greatest weakness?
That he's an emotionally stunted idiot. Growing up in an environment that discouraged emotional attachment, Jun did not get much of the crucial emotional development that people normally gain in childhood. While he's improved some thanks to his friends, he's still playing catch-up. Certain complicated emotions elude his grasp, and he'll struggle in social situations that require emotional intelligence.

✽ What are your character's three greatest fears?
Losing his friends, failing as a Seal Knight, and the deep fear that he won't be able to balance both sides of his life forever and eventually he'll have to choose to give up one.

✽ What would your character choose for a last meal?
He would indulge himself and ask either for his favorite foods (caramel pudding with a cup of coffee), or he'd request for a meal he's read about and wanted to try.

✽ Has your character ever killed? If so, how did that affect them? If not, how would it affect them?
It's unknown if he's killed on a past mission, but he at least does have a willingness to do so if necessary. I think he'd feel guilty about it, but not enough to stop him if he truly felt it was necessary for the greater good.

✽ If your character was given one selfish wish (eg. must be applied to themselves and not affect others), what would it be?
For the Eclipse to go away for good so he could live full-time as a normal person with his friends.

Shoto Todoroki | My Hero Academia

CHARACTER INFORMATION
Name: Shoto Todoroki
Canon: My Hero Academia
Canon point: Chapter 302
Age: 16
History: Here

Personality:
A Pro-hero in training, Shoto Todoroki on the outside looks like a cool and collected guy with a unique hair style, and just as unique eyes. With a serious demeanor, really good grades, incredible resilience, and the ability to use two quirks one would think he is on track to become number one in his class quite easily. The more his friends get to know him, though, the more they realize that he can be a high ranked pro-hero once he has some more social interactions under his belt.

At the beginning of the series, Shoto was withdrawn, rude, and most of the time just rather quiet. He didn’t want to have friends and was using UA as a way to attain power to be better than his father. Izuku Midoriya saw to that not lasting, reaching out to Shoto at the festival during their fight. The other you managed to crack the ice hard heart and at the same time force Shoto to use his fire side, a side he’d been refusing to use since it was shared with his father.

Since then, he’s become a lot more open with everyone in his class. Which is where the oblivious nature of his comes in. It is to the point where one would call him an airhead or dense as well. Having been raised by a father that forced Shoto to train all the time instead of letting him develop interpersonal relationships with others his age, the pro-hero-to-be can be rather socially awkward. He says what’s on his mind, such as when he blurts out that whenever he’s involved in a fight, someone’s hands are messed up. He also takes some of the interview questions and responses a little too literally when they are practicing for future news broadcasts and is weirded out when someone mentions girls dropping dead due to his looks.

He has a caring side that comes out when Shoto is worried about his friends. When Izuku isn't doing too well and trying to hold back tears, Shoto tells him it's okay to cry, and then offers the other boy half of his food since he feels like his friend hasn't eaten enough. Sharing is caring.

His good and awkward qualities go hand in hand with a extremely stubborn attitude and at times a pretty bad temper. Wanting to be a hero in his own way, Shoto practically ignores his father for some time and even pretends that Endeavor isn't there when doing his provisional license training. This stubbornness comes from the years of dislike of Endeavor and how he had been treated while raised, wanting to go against what his father thought he should do to be a hero. It's calmed down a bit since he has seen his father wants to change. Hot headedness or temper is shown the most when he is beaten down. Shoto hates it when he feels like he wasn't good enough to save his friends or those in need. There was a lot of anger at himself for letting Inasa goad him into a fight, and thus failing his provisional exam. He feels anger at Dabi for wanting to destroy his family and tells himself that he has to be the one to take him down till a talk with his family makes him realize he needs all of them beside him to do so. It does not lessen his dislike of his oldest brother in the least, yet it does show he doesn't have to do it alone.

When it comes to fighting, he still does prefer to do it alone just so he can avoid friendly fire. His quirks can be very destructive and affect a large area. Shoto is still working on how to work with others in a safe manner but will go all out when he knows he won't cause damage to anyone.

Even with these all of these things combined, Shoto is a fiercely loyal friend. Though that doesn’t put his wanting to be a hero as a second-place goal. He knows he wants to fight beside his friends but knows that rescuing is a part of being a hero. What he lacks in social intelligence, he makes up for with battle savvy and quick thinking. Anyone would be lucky to have him fight by their side with his insight on how to take someone down or how to get out of sticky situations.

Powers/abilities:
Half-Hot: A pyrokinetic ability focused on the left side of his body. He can create and control flames to fight or do things like heat things up. Too much use can cause him to have a heat stroke, or possible burns. No immunity to heat/fire.

Half-Cold: Cryonetic ability focused on the right side of his body. He can create and shape ice for attacks and defense or to cool things down. Too much use will cause frostbite. No immunity to cold/ice.

Both of these abilities can be used at the same time, though it slows him down since he has to focus on balancing them. To avoid heat stroke or frostbite, he will use the opposite sides power to counter those.

General: Todoroki has enhanced endurance, agility and stamina. He can take a lot of hits before he goes down. His agility comes in handy when needing to block or return attacks thrown at him, though agility does not translate into overall running speed. Enhanced stamina comes in handy when having to switch between ice and fire when attacking and/or defending, and he can last for quite a while before he starts running low on energy.

Questions:
✽ What does your character consider to be their top three strengths?
Shoto is resilient, intelligent, and very strong. Years of abuse at the hands of his father have hardened but not broken him, and he can recover well from setbacks. He retains information rather easily and can use it effectively, being one of the top students in his class. During fights he is far from a pushover. But if answered in a very Shoto way, he would list his quirks as his top strengths. Then he would struggle to give two more examples since he doesn't think that deeply about it.

✽ What do others consider to be your character's greatest weakness?
Stubbornness, a temper, and aloofness are some of them. As stated in the personality section, he is a brick wall when he doesn't want to do something someone tells him to do, or if he has his mind set on something. A temper is obvious since he cannot hide how he feels, though it looks less explosive and more like a storm waiting to hit. He rarely loses it at anyone else and tends to take it out more on himself. If meeting someone new, or someone he doesn't have to be involved with, Shoto can be very aloof since he would rather be focusing or talking to someone else. This makes him seem unfriendly, and he is slowly working on that within the series since he's been called out on it.

✽ What are your character's three greatest fears?
Losing his family, losing his friends, and failing to become a pro-hero. Shiragaki attacking the town with all of the other villains almost caused him to lose his father, and it didn't help that Dabi revealed his true identity to the world, causing a lot of strife. Luckily his family came out of it stronger, but it is still a fear with all of those villains loose. Friends are very important to him and he will shed tears if he thinks someone will not make it or gets hurts worse than they should have. Failing his provisional exam the first time made him about have a breakdown since it set him behind everyone else and became a hitch in his plans to attain his life's goal. These are not things he would be afraid to acknowledge since he is aware that heroes do not need to kill their emotions and fears to be the best they can be. Heroes are still humans after all.

✽ What would your character choose for a last meal?
Zaru, or cold, soba. It is Shoto's favorite food.

✽ Has your character ever killed? If so, how did that affect them? If not, how would it affect them?
No. Despite how powerful he is, Shoto avoids trying to do more than restrain villains. The only person he has ever wanted to kill is Dabi, though it is very doubtful he can get himself to do that. Pro-heroes do not kill, after all, since that would make them murderers and just as bad as villains are.

✽ If your character was given one selfish wish (eg. must be applied to themselves and not affect others), what would it be?
Wishing for something would be too simple. Shoto would rather work for it and earn something on his own than use what he would think is a lazy way out. If he was forced to use a wish, he would probably wish for something for someone else, such as if a friend really wants something they can't get.

CHARACTER INFORMATION
Name: Edgar Valden
Canon: Identity V
Canon point: After Batter's arrival
Age: 21
History:
Edgar was born into a family of wealthy aristocrats. He was surrounded with praise for his artistic talent from a young age, and believed that it was a symbol of him being loved. He considered himself very fortunate; however, the praise he was given wasn't honest or motivated by love, but instead by self-interest and greed. The beauty of his life was fake.

Because Edgar was passionate about art from a young age, his family hired a teacher to develop his talents: Mr.Sarai. Edgar develops a suspicion that his mentor does not have his best interest at heart. Instead, he believes that Mr.Sarai is only interested in using Edgar's art as a means through which to influence and control him.

Eventually, Edgar receives a letter that instructs him to try painting with blood. Framing it as "real" art when Edgar already held his doubts about his mentor, Edgar decides to follow the instructions. Now with his own vision of art, Edgar becomes further disillusioned with the true intentions of both his mentor and the people around him. Suspicion turns into full-blown paranoia. At this point Edgar is no longer satisfied with using his own blood to paint; he begins to outsource it from others. Simultaneously, his paintings begin "screaming and crying on the walls, just as noisy as those people..." The screaming paintings suggest that he experiences hallucinations based on his experience with murdering those people, Tell-Tale Heart style.

Ultimately, Edgar’s deductions end with him using the same letter opener that was used to kill Mr.Sarai to open his invitation to Oletus Manor.
Personality:
Edgar's personality is described by his original creator as being "arrogant, paranoid, and neurotic." Today we're going to talk about why he is those things, starting with his arrogance.

"Master Valden is the student with the most artistic talent I've ever seen!"

Edgar is arrogant, but he's that way for a reason. Ever since his childhood, he was showered in praise for everything he did—assured that he could do no wrong. Every word was agreed with, and every painting was a masterpiece. As a child, he truly believed that this praise was a sincere expression of love. Seeing things that way, he grew arrogant, but he also slowly began to understand his worth to other people. With time, he came to realize that it may not have been him, necessarily, who they were praising. Rather, they were trying to gain the favour of somebody who possessed influence and wealth. This gave way to a different sense of arrogance; instead of flourishing under the affectionate praise of those around him, he began to resent it. He felt that their hollow words were sickening, and rather than being better than them because their praise declared it so, he was better than them because they were so lowly as to stoop to empty flatteries.

"Eventually, I understand how many lies people can tell only for a little benefit."

However, in learning that the praise he received wasn't sincere, he also felt that he learned the true nature of the people around him. It wasn't a matter of one or two insincere people around him, after all—it was almost everyone. He developed an instinctive distrust of the motives of others. Kindness was no longer seen as kind, but greedy, and compliments became nothing more than shallow lies told for their own self-satisfaction. No matter what relationship he held to you, unless you were one of two exceptions, the assumption became that if you were speaking to him positively, you were only doing so in order to try and use him. The circumstances under which he developed his distrust of others were reasonable, but his actual application of his assumptions can begin to creep into paranoia.

"I don't care about anything but art."

So people are selfish and full of lies. They're self-interested, and no matter what sort of beautiful adornments they use to conceal their true selves, the truth lying underneath is ugly. The art that he's been producing all this time capturing that beauty, that has been so praised, is also dissatisfying to him after this realization that reality is ugly. The implication of the "real" art that the letter he received promised him was an art that captured this truth, hence why he began to paint with blood. Edgar values this art more, even, than the people around him, who are worth about as much as the dirt beneath his feet for all their covetous natures and narcissism. That's probably why he didn't feel so bad when he killed them, ultimately, using their blood as a gentle red. When he receives another letter from the one who taught him the true nature of art, he accepts the invitation to Oletus Manor in pursuit of artistic inspiration.
Powers/abilities:
Artistic Sensitivity
Aesthetic Resonance
Intuition
Self-Fulfillment
Questions:
What does your character consider to be their top three strengths?
He's honest, for one. He's also a genius, and the only one who understands "true" art. He has a strong sense of dignity, and he won't stoop to others' level.
What do others consider to be your character's greatest weakness?
He's a bitch. Talking to him, you would think that he doesn't filter his words at all, he just goes right in for the kill. Functionally this means that nobody wants to be near him or work with him if they can help it. Realistically it also means that even if he wanted to be nice, he may struggle with how exactly to go about that.
What are your character's three greatest fears?
Falling for dishonesty, being used by others, losing one of the few things precious to him.
What would your character choose for a last meal?
Something light, because he doesn't gorge himself like those other gluttonous nobles. Probably still something annoying to prepare though, because he is used to being spoiled.
Has your character ever killed? If so, how did that affect them? If not, how would it affect them?
Ultimately, he believed that his actions were justified. Besides, they were more useful as paint than people anyway; it isn't as though they said or did anything of value. It may have given him more certainty in himself, more faith in his vision of art, as it's a very "no turning back now" event to happen.
If your character was given one selfish wish, what would it be?
It would probably be something along the lines of the inspiration to create his greatest masterpiece—that's why he went to the manor, anyway.

CHARACTER INFORMATION
Name:
Diona
Canon:
Genshin Impact
Canon point:
End of Windblume festival
Age:
7
History:
Diona is of few currently existing Kätzlein upon Teyvat. Her family in particular lives at an outpost, or small town rather. Beside a pure spring, and just at the outskirts of Mondstat itself. They are hunting clansman, and known for their skills in killing boar. They have a natural understanding of nature - in a sense that. They keep boar populations afloat, and make sure that hunting is taken care of properly. As to not destroy eco systems. Her father, Draff in particular is the leader of their family.

While Draff is busy leading and hunting, he unfortunately has left Diona to her own stead. From which she has developed this earnest avarice against Alcohol for the sheer fact that her father gets drunk often. Passes out. Or acts out unlike himself. Although he is not inherently cruel to Diona what so ever- as Draff absolutely loves his daughter without a doubt. His inability to manage his drunken states or time with her for that matter, have left the young one yearning for parental love.

So when she was young, and alone a small water 'sprite' took liking to her and became her friend. When they left, they bestowed Diona for her company and kindness. The ability to always make delicious drinks, and never will she run out of its liquids to do so. Unfortunately she is unaware of this blessing, and cannot for the life of her figure out. How to make disgusting and or terrible drinks to destroy the wine industry with.

One particular night, when her father was lost and had yet to return. A snow storm had come about, and many of the folk of their clan could not find Draff. Scared that she would never see her father again, Diona despite her age. Ran from her home and upon running, awakened her visions power of affiliation with Cryo. Dragging herself across the storm, until she found her father. From which she saved him. Albeit with some aggressive statements to him, and ultimately scared that she were about to lose him.

Currently, she works as a mixologist within Cat's Tail where she is free to make as many drinks as she wishes. All of which are delicious despite the items she uses to make them - which frankly are abhor in her choices. Yet no matter what she does to make a disgusting drink, everything that she creates is delicious and has put the Wine Industry on alert because of her.

Personality:
Diona is someone that arguably can be hard to get along with, but this is because she is someone who hasn't had parental guidance per se when growing up. This is shown by how often she back talks adults or others, along with a quick witted tongue to match. Diona speaks her mind and often backtracks if it puts her in a position that makes her seem silly or childish. Almost as if she is trying hard to be older than what she seems. When that is not the case. She is very much a child, and acts as much with how she jumps to conclusions or feels self entitled to her feelings.

She feels so self entitled to how she feels, Diona will be arguable toward others especially in regards to anything when it comes to drinking/alcohol. It does not matter what you think, she has inadvertently decided how she feels about the drinking industry. By proxy if you like drinking, she already hates you and will despise you thusly. The way she feels about adults stem from her hurt feelings that come from her father. As such, she will be prejudice at times without there needing to be a reason to - again shes a child.

Diona does show some form of responsibility - or maturity. As she understands Klee's actions are destructive and does not want people around her to get hurt badly. Rather, she just wants to make a point and destroy the Wine Industry thusly. She cares immensely about everyone around her, but at the same time she does not want you to know she does. Deep down, all Diona wants are friends and companionship. To not be alone.

Powers/abilities:
Please look at her Talent info
- Diona has the ability to make anything she touches - liquid wise. Into a delicious and healthy drink, or alcohol. Also the drinks will never run out if she pours it. If possible it would be cool to have this ability since all it does is roleplay fodder, otherwise that's okay too if not!

Questions:
✽ What does your character consider to be their top three strengths?
1. Her maturity - she is very immature - yes, but she does try really hard to be understanding of certain situations or 'try too hard to think right.' Basically, again trying too hard to act older than what she actually is.
2. Her .... 'I am going to destroy Mondstat no matter what it takes.' I don't have the right word to say for that, basically she is committed despite how ridiculous that notion is.
3. Being caring to the point of self sacrificing - even as a kid.
Even as someone who is rather young, she tries to approach things with thought to it and like a child cares immensely about what actions she takes. Consequence is important to her, but also that she will act how any other child may in a situation.

✽ What do others consider to be your character's greatest weakness?
1. How easily mad she gets.
2. How over confident she thinks she can be about a situation.
3. How she can try to think shes older than what she seems.
Again, she cares far too much about how others think about her or perceive her. She relays heavily on being loved and taken care of. This is an extreme weakness for Diona especially someone her age.

✽ What are your character's three greatest fears?
1. Being alone.
2. Losing her Father.
3. People forgetting her/being left behind.
Diona has very simple and easy fears that devastate her and are spoken of in Genshin Impact. She believes the wine industry will take her father away, and if she does not do anything to destroy it. She will never have him or his love again.

✽ What would your character choose for a last meal?
Fish! She loves fish.

✽ Has your character ever killed? If so, how did that affect them? If not, how would it affect them?
Despite what people think - no its canon in Genshin you basically beat everyone up til they pass out. She has never killed anyone and would never - other then animals. If she ever had or some how did kill someone - it would devastate her. Shes a child.

✽ If your character was given one selfish wish (eg. must be applied to themselves and not affect others), what would it be?
"I wish Alcohol never existed!"

CHARACTER INFORMATION
Name: Heathcliff Blanchett
Canon: Mahoutsukai no Yakusoku / The Wizard's Promise
Canon point: After The Ballad of the Proud Hunter
Age: 18
History: Mahoyaku translations masterlist; he's in all the Eastern Country stories, and otherwise stories should have him marked if he's present — otherwise, a really quick summary:

Born to the noble and aristocratic Blanchett family, Heathcliff grew up in a quiet woods area in the Eastern Country; when he was still young, he gained a companion, playmate, and guard in Shino, an orphan, who came to be a servant at the castle - and then later became the guardian of the nearby Sherwood Forest which surrounds the Blanchett Castle.

While Heathcliff kept the fact he was a wizard a secret from the world at large, he and Shino both eventually gained a master in a shrewd and cowardly Eastern wizard, who tricked them into making a promise by saying it would make them stronger - when in reality, it was just a fail-safe to save his own skin should they ever turn against him, and he could kill one of them and have the other lose their magic entirely. The year before the current one, he was selected alongside his and Shino's master to become one of the Sage's Wizards, a group of wizards that's essentially just picked by RNG to help defend the world against the Great Calamity; they drove it back, but Heathcliff was injured in the battle, and their master died.

In the current year, Shino's joined him as a Sage's Wizard, and the both of them have been taken under Faust's wing as his apprentices; Nero also mentors them from time to time, but it's mostly Faust making sure they know how to use and control their magic properly. A lot of Heathcliff's time in stories is dealing with the self everyone else sees, and how he personally views himself; it's a difficult issue to get a grip on, and he's still incredibly young compared to a lot of other wizards, even if he's had to grow up much faster than some of his peers due to his upbringing as a noble heir.

Personality: Heathcliff is MHYK's resident Disney Princess.

More seriously, he's a kind and gentle soul who's good at picking out the best qualities of others and doing literally none of that for himself. He's the type of person who couldn't even hurt a fly without feeling bad about it — he does what he has to, but he's at heart nothing but a pacifist: even the fact that the Eastern Country is so strong when everyone in it works together is scary to him. He admires people who have good conversational skills because, while his aren't lacking when he steels himself and gets to it, he has to actually steel himself to speak confidently; the only reason he can do it is because he's used to it, not because he's truly confident or sociable. His mana area, the place where he feels most comforted and his magic is at its strongest, is in his bed under the covers, listening to the pouring rain!

To say he's shy is an understatement, honestly, and it's where a lot of his conflicts (both inner and outer, particularly with his more headstrong best friend Shino) come up. While Heathcliff can spend forever and a day complimenting and talking up people he knows, he has a much harder time coming up with anything that's good about himself; he's unfortunately even worse at taking compliments, quick to dismiss them unless they're repeated enough that he has no choice but to politely thank the person giving them to him and accepting the fact they've been said, whether or not he actually feels like he's deserved them. Nine times out of ten, he doesn't feel like he has - the only time this isn't entirely true is when it comes to his own creations, though even then he's absurdly humble and shy in accepting compliments.

A lot of this is due to the fact he was born a wizard. The Eastern Country isn't very kind to wizards - in general, they value consistency, so those who go at their own pace or act differently than others are looked at with scorn. People training to be scholars are lauded, while people aiming to be artists are shunned. It's that kind of places. Wizards in general just aren't trusted either: they've been a "necessary evil" essentially, to defend against the Great Calamity, and the Eastern Country is particularly harsh in their treatment of wizards. Heathcliff knew growing up that being a wizard would be a blemish on the Blanchett name, and so he's tried doing his best to be a good son and heir without factoring in the whole wizard business - and selfishly, sometimes he thinks it would've been better if he hadn't been born one, or if he could just make a promise with someone else and break it so that he could lose his magic... but it wouldn't be fair to Shino. Equally selfishly, he wishes that him and Shino could be together forever even without the promise that binds them —

but these selfish desires are ones he asks, nearly begs, the Sage to keep secret when he tells them. Heathcliff is extremely, incredibly kind - he never wants to bother anyone, even on accident, and he knows both of those wishes would cause some level of hurt or discomfort to other people.

Powers/abilities: As a wizard, he's basically capable of doing anything with magic! That said, he tends to stay in the back and support others, or basically act as a balance to Shino's overwhelming offensive magic power via directing him. Little things Heathcliff's done are things like making star sugars, little lights that look like fireflies, and unfreezing a waterfall.

He's focused a lot more on non-magical activities both due to being the heir to the Blanchett family and because he's had to hide his wizardry, and so he's trained in all manners of royal etiquette - from manners to equestrian and beyond! He's also extremely dexterous, being able to carve wood and do metal engravings, such as the ones on his magic tool - a watch - and Shino's scythe. In his spare time he takes apart and puts back together clocks and other trinkets, mostly because he's fascinated with them and with how humans can make such wonderfully magical things without magic... Heathcliff also makes music boxes. He really likes engineering things.

In a less-than-great ability/power point, when seriously injured, Heathcliff turns into a massive black panther; he's not easily calmed down when he transforms, and he doesn't remember anything either. This is the magical injury inflicted upon him by the Great Calamity of the year before, and spoiler alert: he still doesn't know that's what it is, but a handful of his fellow Wizards do.

Questions:
✽ What does your character consider to be their top three strengths?
Working with little machines, like clockwork - I really love that... I do engravings too, and Master Faust says I'm more sensitive than others to changes in magical energy - I'm attuned to danger. That's probably a nice way of putting that I'm a little overly cautious, but I appreciate it all the same - it makes me feel a lot better.

✽ What do others consider to be your character's greatest weakness?
Um, well... I'm often told that I'm too quiet... Like, I need to be more self-assured, and I get that. Master Faust has gotten onto me about not responding to Shino's feelings properly before, and though I still don't really get it, I guess that could be another? Let's see - oh, I'm not a very strong wizard, though I'm doing my best to train, so I guess a weak magical ability could count?

✽ What are your character's three greatest fears?
Ahaha... What aren't I scared of? Dying, the dark, being alone, being a wizard, failing to live up to everyone's expectations, hurting other people, losing the people I care about the most... I think that last one is my biggest one - I couldn't bear it.

✽ What would your character choose for a last meal?
"Lemon pie!" ...Or something like that... It'd be nice to have my mother's cooking, or something by Nero, since he's an amazing chef. I want it'd to be something I could share with everyone though.

✽ Has your character ever killed? If so, how did that affect them? If not, how would it affect them?
I... No, I haven't. Whenever we'd go hunting, I'd just waste my time - I can't even shoot a rabbit. Even when it comes to the monsters we face as the Sage's Wizards, I just... let someone else take the kill, though I'll support them. I don't think I could ever hurt another human though, except - maybe if Shino was in trouble, I could— I'd rather talk it out, please.

✽ If your character was given one selfish wish (eg. must be applied to themselves and not affect others), what would it be?
...I wish I'd never followed my master's words about that promise - I almost wish I hadn't been born a wizard at all. More good than bad has come from it at this point, but... I feel like my life would still be much easier if I were just an ordinary noble's son.

CHARACTER INFORMATION
Name: Madison Montgomery
Canon: American Horror Story: Coven
Canon point: Post-final Coven era death, a year or two into her Retail Hell afterlife.
Age: 17 (possibly forever? who knows how death works here.)
History: link

Personality: Madison is a fallen child star. Ever since she was a young child, she was the main breadwinner of her family. Her mother was a drug addict and her father an “asshole,” and she didn’t find much success with regards to personal relationships outside of her family; most everyone, from supposed friends to those she’s been intimate with, have used her for whatever she would give them. She’s thus almost completely unable to form emotional connections with other people. She treats most people cruelly, even those she claims to like, using emotional abuse to push others away.

As a celebrity, she’s also used to everything going her way. She doesn’t take criticism well; the whole reason she’s been sent to Miss Robichaux’s in the first place is because she dropped a lighting fixture on a director that was yelling at her. She’s vain and self-centered, seeing herself as not only a drop-dead gorgeous, perfect person, but also the most powerful witch around and the clear contender for Supreme.

She’s one of those asshole atheists that considers believers stupid and foolish, and is definite in her lack of belief-- and, unfortunately for her, she turns out to be somewhat right. In the AHS universe, your own personal Hell is an ironic one, and that’s what Madison was sent to after her death. Her time in the darkness of her afterworld has left her with a literal inability to feel any sensation; for someone who’s been trying to be numb and indifferent to the world for most of her life, she doesn’t handle it well. She becomes the opposite of herself in life, desperate to feel anything at all: gorging on food, burning her flesh with a lighter, drinking unlabeled potions, fucking her “best friend’s” undead boyfriend.

Madison has a tendency to crack constant, terrible jokes about everything that happens in her life. She pokes fun at her own murder only a few hours after being resurrected; her first scene in the series involved her pulling a “hilarious” prank on Zoe by pretending to be a cultist sacrificing her to the Devil. There are only a few things she doesn’t joke about (i.e. her assault); for those things, she simply acts as if it never happened.

Questions:
✽ What does your character consider to be their top three strengths?
Tits, lack of gag reflex, ability to burn down homes of people she doesn't like.

✽ What do others consider to be your character's greatest weakness?
Her complete inability to express her emotions outside of an only semi-feigned sociopathy and narcissism.

✽ What are your character's three greatest fears?
Being rendered powerless, in any way, shape, or form. Being abandoned, but also having anyone get too close. Not dying, but certainly everything that comes after.

✽ What would your character choose for a last meal?
A fifth of expensive vodka and a pack of cigarettes.

✽ Has your character ever killed? If so, how did that affect them? If not, how would it affect them?
Madison has killed eight people: a director that was criticizing her, Kyle Spencer, and six unnamed fraternity brothers. She has absolutely zero regret over most of these deaths; she would claim that seven of them completely deserved it, and got what was coming to them for their actions against her. She regretted Kyle's death in as much as she felt slight remorse that she killed her sorta friend Zoe's "boy candy." Obviously, after Kyle murdered her, she no longer feels bad about it.

✽ If your character was given one selfish wish (eg. must be applied to themselves and not affect others), what would it be?
Revenge probably affects others too much to count, right? She would wish to be freed from Hell and returned to the world of the living. She would also fully expect this wish to backfire, because that's how everything in her life goes.

CHARACTER INFORMATION
Name: Figaro Garcia
Canon: Mahoutsukai no Yakusoku
Canon point: after Concerto of Students and Goodbyes
Age: appears and claims to be 32, is actually 2000+ (but significantly younger than white)
History: Story translations can be found here and here.

- Figaro was born around 2000 years ago, but not much is known about his family because they all died in an avalanche that swallowed his entire hometown. He had to roam the world before a pair of peculiar twin wizards, Snow and White, took him in and taught him all there is to know about magic.
- The twins had also taken in Oz, a wizard with exemptionally strong magic, and while Figaro initially suggested they kill him, he helped take care of him anyway.
- While Oz came and went from their little group, they kept encountering each other many times for centuries. It was then that Figaro suggested that Oz should take over the world to fill the lonely void in his heart, and so they did.
- Figaro and Oz set up a lot of bases and killed a whole bunch of stronger wizards, though Figaro had to spare Shylock and his bar because the latter gave him sound advice (and also because he liked the drinks there, smh).
- Oz then heard the news that Snow killed White out of self-defense after fighting with one another, and had to stop conquering the world out of grief and returns to the North. Figaro had to find another way to pass the time, and with the news that Snow was able to tie White's soul to himself as a ghost, there might be hope that they can go back to the way they used to be.
- With Oz's tyranny coming to a sudden halt, wars were beginning to break out worldwide as the previous Central monarchy falls. Faust, a young wizard who aims to revolutionize the world together with his human friend Alec, sought Figaro out for magic lessons and Figaro took him in for a year.
- But right on the brink of victory, Figaro suddenly ghosted Faust and the revolution effort and left him to burn at the stake after being betrayed by Alec.
- He settles down in the peaceful Southern Country and became a small-town doctor after that, but he was still up to no good - such as capturing Bradley, the leader of a notorious bandit group, in order to show humans that good wizards can catch bad wizards and punish them :)
- He also killed a wizard at some point and stole their surname just because it has a good ring to it??? Insane, but he ain't wrong
- He'd also helped in taking care of Arthur, the young wizard Oz had chanced upon in the North, after initially suggesting that they kill him to prevent him from becoming Oz's weakness (wow deja-vu)
- The twins predict that the second son of Figaro's witch friend, Tiletta, is going to kill the Sage's Southern Wizards who were chosen to fight off the Great Calamity (read: the moon) and stopping it from ending their world. Figaro couldn't convince Tiletta to abort her child, so the least he can do is kneecap her son's potential by refusing to teach him magic and giving him a spell that's hard to pronounce. He does watch over Tiletta's children, named Rutile and Mitile respectively, after she passes away after giving birth to Mitile.
- Aaaand then he's summoned as one of the Sage's wizards anyway, whoops. This is where the main story comes to play. He's relegated as the Southern Wizards' mentor, teaching them all they need to know in order to combat the moon when the time comes, while also keeping an eye on Mitile (who was summoned with Rutile, yay).

Personality:
+ KIND
Figaro is a bit of an anomaly in the North, who usually operate by themselves, for themselves. While most Northern wizards are aloof and intimidating, Figaro is one of the only ones who enjoys helping wizards and humans alike. Even driving an entire species of venomous bird to extinction with little remorse is an act of kindness to him, because he'll always choose the side of humans rather than the monsters that he's been compared to.

+ RELIABLE
Ever since he was a child, Figaro was already serving to protect humans in the harsh Northern climate. Figaro is awfully dependable in every era and place he's been in, and is shown to be very good at taking care of and teaching people, with how he took care of Oz when they were still in Snow and White's guidance (and Arthur when Oz took the little boy under his wing) and how he practically raised the Flores brothers in the South where he ended up as a village doctor.

+ INTELLIGENT/PERCEPTIVE
Snow and White often note how Figaro is a clever boy from the time they took him in as a kid. He has to be, if he's able to survive their herculean lessons. Despite coming off as a goofy drunkard at times, Figaro is a decent teacher to his fellow Southern wizards - and Faust, during the revolution. He observes people rather closely, and he could even manipulate people without using his magic if he wants. He's also a quick thinker if the situation calls for it and his methods to get things done can be a little bit unorthodox, such as cursing his blood in order to render a monster immobile when consumed.

~ ARROGANT
This is a double-edged sword because it can be hard to spot at first if one does not know Figaro's origins well. Figaro is well aware that he's a good person who does all these good deeds, and you will acknowledge him for it. He always makes it a point to bring up how nice and kind he's being to anyone who's around, which can get pretty annoying, and his humblebragging can turn into outright bragging if he's not checking himself. He is a rather capable wizard after all, despite wanting to appear meek to everyone else.

- LONELY
Wizards are no strangers to solitude with how the world and its inhabitants treat them, but Figaro knows nothing but solitude and embraces it. Sure, he's surrounded by a lot of acquaintances, but Figaro often comes and goes other people's lives, never staying in one place for a very long time. He thinks that there's no good reason to be attached to anyone in the first place, as someone who's lived for thousands of years old and has seen a lot of his friends die over the centuries. He has been seeking for a branch where he can perch and stay for a little longer and he seems to have found it in the South with the young wizard brothers, but even then he doesn't open up to them despite practically raising them after their parents' death. And all of these lead to...

- ENVIOUS/JEALOUS
Having grown up with a pair of twins who never had to know loneliness in the first place, Figaro yearned to love and be loved like that in return, but he doesn't know how to go about it. Wizards are strange in that they get hyperfixated with a very specific thing, and in Figaro's case is love - particularly becoming someone's one and only. He simply doesn't understand that apparently people can have other friends aside from him, or that it's normal to mourn for a friend who'd betrayed them, and it frustrates him. In fact, whenever someone or something gets in the way of him and his favorite people, his first impulse is to set out and eliminate the hypotenuse. Although he doesn't actually go out and kill them, but rather he'd give them a choice between him and that other person - and the unfortunate thing is that the people he's come to cherish will never choose him over the other. He's also noted to be very quick to let go; he'd ditch someone at a drop of a hat if they show no interest in him at all, before the other party lets go of his hand.

- SELF-PRESERVATION
Figaro would do anything not to lose the ones he's grown to love, which is very far and few between. This trait also falls in line with his jealousy issues, but it also applies to how he had to go at lengths to staying alive a bit longer. You'd have to be a little fucked up in the head to suggest to your witch friend not to give birth to her second child after all, even if it's for a good reason. And speaking of that child, Figaro had also gone out of his way not to teach Mitile strong magic in fear that he might actually kill Figaro and the rest of the Southern Wizards as stated by the prophecy seen by the twins, and has maintained a lie of being a clumsy "daddy-next-door" figure to him and Rutile to earn their trust while not opening up to them himself.

Powers/abilities:
- WIZARD: Wizards in MahoYaku use their hearts to perform magic, so there must be a right balance of a wizard's own spirit and the environment they surround themselves in. The clearer a picture they can form in their mind, the more likely their magic will succeed, and a wizard can do typical enough magic like levitation, transformation, flight - any form of magic under the sun so long as they know what they're doing. A wizard can also use their personalized magic spell to tap into their inner magic, and utilize their magic tools to help enhance it further.

Still, it's all dependent on a wizard's strengths and specialties though, and even magic can't do the impossible such as bringing back the dead to life, time travel (freezing time is possible for a few moments though), and making something out of nothing (except sugar; a wizard starts out learning magic by making sugar first and it's not as easy as it looks). But the most important catch is that — if a wizard makes a promise and they break it, they will lose their powers forever.

Lastly, despite the fact that wizards can live for thousands of years, they aren't completely immortal and they turn into mana stones when they die - precious jewels that can be eaten to bolster a wizard's magical power or even power some of the magical technology in their world. Moreover they can sense their impending death, whether it'll happen tomorrow or a couple years later. Figaro already knows his time is coming, and even the identity of the person who'll be responsible for his death - but who knows when that'll actually happen.

- HEALING MAGIC: He is a doctor in a magical world, so it's natural that he'd be able to patch someone up with magic. Southern wizards excel in spells that bring about blessings and peace, but while Rutile and Mitile specialize in healing magic and potionmaking respectively, Figaro is the only one in the current cast of Sage's Wizards who can completely heal someone from the brink of death. And this leads to the next point which is...

- OFFENSIVE MAGIC: As a wizard originally born in the freezing North, Figaro is blessed with exemptionally strong magic power (which he currently tries to hide in the present day due to various reasons). He can do things like throwing energy balls at the target and manipulating the elements around him, he can merely kill something on the spot with a snap of his fingers (like an entire species of bird) or even pull off out-of-the-box ideas like the aforementioned blood-cursing.

- MIND CONTROL: His specialty magic. He can instill fear onto people in order to repair their damaged souls, induce sleep to someone to make them rest, and even wipe their memories clean. He can only use this particular power on wizards who are weaker than him, and there will be an opt-in post for this one.

Questions: may be written icly as the character or oocly as the player; please limit to maximum 5 sentences each
✽ What does your character consider to be their top three strengths?
"Why, it'd be my dashing good looks and overall reliability, of course. I'm also good at giving shots to my patients too! Haha, just kidding. But I really am a kind and caring person, you know? Doctor Figaro has yet to let anyone down."

✽ What do others consider to be your character's greatest weakness?
"I suppose my drinking habit can get in the way, sometimes... Mitile would always find out that I drink too much, haha."

[ although in truth, a lot of his peers have pointed out that his biggest weakness is his inability to stick around for other people - always looking for a place to stay without knowing how to. ]

✽ What are your character's three greatest fears?
[ he'll never answer this truthfully, so: turning to stone (read: dying) alone, being found out for who he really is by rutile and especially mitile, and being left for someone else. he has a lot of commitment/jealousy issues up the ass, it's fine. ]

✽ What would your character choose for a last meal?
"Hmm, I dunno... The thing about being aware of your impending death is that you wouldn't know what you'll be doing when it finally hits you. In any case, I hope that it's my favorite food, fresh fish carpaccio, but knowing me I'd probably get knocked out while drinking wine."

✽ Has your character ever killed? If so, how did that affect them? If not, how would it affect them?
"I've had patients die on me, if that counts? It's unavoidable, even for a wizard like me. Sometimes when I know a child couldn't be saved, I'd take them to the Forest of Dreams for them to have one more sweet dream before they pass away. It's what they deserve."

[ tbh figaro has killed countless people over the centuries, usually with no remorse. it doesn't affect him much for the most part, which leads to other wizards fearing his power and worshipping him for it as a result. ]

✽ If your character was given one selfish wish (eg. must be applied to themselves and not affect others), what would it be?
[ to have someone to love and to be loved irrevocably in return. ]

CHARACTER INFORMATION
Name: Sidney Wolfe
Canon: Original, inspired by Identity V
Canon point: Post-Manor
Age: 36
History: Sidney Wolfe had always been the sort who wanted nothing more than to help others- and for most of his life, he had seen being a policeman to be one of the best ways after so many stories of heroic cops. The thing is though, the force is corrupt and it is especially corrupt in prohibition era America. Once a bright-eyed rookie with a heart of gold, he quickly became embittered and disillusioned with his coworkers and especially one Everett Wright, who took bribes, indulged in his vices and eventually framed a man for a string of murders he had no part in. While Wright was celebrated as a hero, Sidney knew something wasn't right but he wasn't going to get answers... until a mysterious letter invited him to a manor he'd never heard of before, promising answers and more. When he arrived, he was shocked to find Wright, a mutual friend Clara May and an unknown man- the true murderer- there as well, but it didn't last long when they were forced to play an endless game of cat and mouse with the wrongly convicted man turned monster for his revenge. In a manor outside of time and space, the quartet was trapped- dying and living and dying again- until finally the manor owner let them go free. However, they didn't walk out into the 1930s but instead into the modern day with no guidance. After adapting slowly and forging a new life, Sidney made a decision for himself: if he truly wanted to make a difference in the world, this started with the next generation. And so, Mister Wolfe became a teacher.

Personality: Sidney Wolfe comes off as a humorless man with no emotion. His voice is deadpan and he goes through life with rare changes in expression from his resting bitch face. Some might consider him cranky or unkind, even. With his height and musclemass, many find him intimidating... and. Well. He kind of is? It's not that he's an unkind, emotionless person. It's just the depression and bitterness. Which really doesn't sound better. A childhood in a racist, homophobic time period and having all of your childhood dreams lit up in the fires of a corrupt reality will do that to you.

Despite appearances, Sidney is a kind man, and far more patient than he seems... with kids, anyways. He holds other adults to higher standards since they really should know better by now, but he treats kids gently and respectfully. Sidney was once a man who joined the police force out of a desire to help and protect others and the spark of light that drove this wish is still there, not even hidden beside the veil of embittered weariness. It's just that these days he uses this desire to help as a drive to teach and guide others around him.

Otherwise, he's very reserved- burned one time too many, he's wary of others despite stepping up as whatever's needed. Some might consider him paranoid and the sort to jump at shadows, and he kind of is- though he tries to rely on hard logic, when you face monsters in a cursed manor, not even that can help sometimes. He speaks bluntly, and in the face of a new world tends to not hide quite as much as he did back in his own time, and has embraced many modern ideals... but that doesn't quite mean his old secrets will be the first things you know about him. Sidney tends to operate on a need-to-know basis, after all.

He has a very dry sense of humor- which might be hard to catch given his lack of emotive capability- and a romantic heart, and he just wants to leave the world a little better than he found it. It takes a lot to anger him, but when you do he holds a grudge and doesn't forget so easily. He tries to avoid violence, but sometimes... you just gotta punch a motherfucker when Karma won't.

Powers/abilities:

TRACKER: Sidney can see the footprints of the Hunter enemies and follow them. They tend to fade after fifteen minutes, however. (Needless to say, he was surprised this and other abilities followed him from the manor.)
KEEN EYE: Usable items stand out to him. In the manor this registered as chests and the items within that may be scattered through the map as the Hunter did his job. Outside of it it expands to medicines, weapons and unique but helpful items.
PROTECTOR: Perhaps it's his stoic resolve, perhaps it's his steady voice and reasonability, but people feel oddly reassured with his presence and are less prone to panic or fear. (In the manor, this made it easier for him to rescue others.)
ACTIVE OFFICER: Sidney can run faster and recover from jumps, falls and vaults with quick efficiency than most. In return, however, he's not the best with complex technology.

Questions:
✽ What does your character consider to be their top three strengths?

I don't give up, I'm honest, and I have a good work ethic.

✽ What do others consider to be your character's greatest weakness?

I've been told I'm difficult to approach. I've also been told I have such bad resting bitch face that it's killed my personality, and that I'm too blunt.

✽ What are your character's three greatest fears?

If I ever wake up in the manor again, I will have a meltdown.
A loss of control is starting to become a big one...
... And I don't think anyone wants to die alone.

✽ What would your character choose for a last meal?

A loaded omelet and some good coffee.

✽ Has your character ever killed? If so, how did that affect them? If not, how would it affect them?

I'm lucky enough that I never had to shoot a man who could still die... but I'll admit, there were a few rounds where I left Wright and that bastard to the Capo, in the manor. ... It was spiteful, I know. I figured they'd get back one way or another, but being caught is still getting killed. ... I suppose it's one more thing I'll have to carry with me.

✽ If your character was given one selfish wish (eg. must be applied to themselves and not affect others), what would it be?

I want to see my family again. My mother, my sister and her two kids.

CHARACTER INFORMATION
Name: James Moriarty
Canon: Fate/Grand Order
Canon point: Post-Shinjuku (Epic of Remnant) & An Old Spider Spins Webs of Memory event (Part 2 / Cosmos in the Lostbelt)
Age: 50-something
History: Here, which is pretty exhaustive in general about the plot and Moriarty's role in it. Here is also the event that Moriarty stars in. I also use the translation of his (jp-only for now) interlude, which you can find here. If there's anything you're missing or wondering, please feel free to ask for it.

Personality: James Moriarty is - in a few words - an absolutely complicated, duplicitous character of an old man. And that's absolutely on purpose.

Forever plotting and scheming multiple steps ahead of everyone else - the Old Spider in his web of deceit and betrayal with his frightening intelligence. Someone who can command a large criminal organization and command people to die once they become liabilities, and not even think about it or lose a wink of sleep. Someone who was willing to erase his own memories and throw away all his calculations and surefire plans to be able to get a leg up on his greatest nemesis, stabbing him in the back and attempt to destroy the earth (and himself in the process) and help his comrade in crime. Moriarty never truly does anything by half-measures and devotes everything he has towards whatever it is that he wants to accomplish - even while balancing multiple different spinning plates at the same time.

Moriarty is a liar - but most of his lies are the kinds where he either omits information or are half-truths. He's also a terrifying manipulator, able to twist people to do what he wants with a few words and a kindly smile, and is willing to speculate or give larger explanations in order to gain the trust of others. He will rarely express his true intentions or often change topics smoothly when people are needling him, to the point it can be difficult to notice when he's done such a thing. He'll also use his goofy/silly persona to distract from whatever point people might notice - hamming it up or even being the butt of jokes and losing his dignity doesn't seem to matter much to him, despite him generally being a dignified gentleman.

It'd be easy to write off his goofier side or his kind or gentle side as only fake - but that isn't the full story, either. He has a deep fondness for child-like Servants, like Jack or Nursery Rhyme, and will do things for them. He becomes Frankenstein's 'papa' and makes a vehicle for a race for her, at his own expense (though of course, he also made a killing by setting up a bunch of bets and being a crooked bookie so he'd take the lion's share when they won the race). His devotion to Ritsuka even made him give up on his entire plan to destroy the planet with a meteor, because Ritsuka had become that dear to him, something that seems to surprise him.

"Even knowing that something is dear to me, I can trample it into the ground mercilessly.

That is what I thought… that is what I should have thought…"

That thread of genuine love and admiration is one of the largest contradictory points about him - an entire event is based around him worrying over if he'll fail Ritsuka at the point of their greatest need, and apparently seems to regret causing an entire district to collapse when he was alive (though he claims he only started to regret it after becoming Ritsuka's Servant). Despite saying he's Evil, he greatly admires Ritsuka's dedication to be good, saying that it's a wonderful thing despite what anyone else might say about it, and that he can't resist the desire to walk by her side as she follows down that path. His interlude is actually about him attempting to warn Ritsuka about potential dangers - though he says during it that he is 'most certainly making wrong assumptions ... about everything' - and even gives a monologue at the end of it about himself, his nemesis, and his Role as the Villain.

Which is something that also needs to be discussed - Moriarty's view of the world and the strong principles he holds. Despite being evil, he clearly has a respect for those who devote themselves wholeheartedly to good, and will even try to work along with someone who is good and has won over his respect and trust. He's a philosopher and a Mathmatician, and in canon he states he turned to evil after his work was rejected in academia. Moriarty is devoted to his 'Role' as an evil man, to the point of begging Sherlock to not 'steal his Evil' and 'for us to remain as ourselves' at the end of his interlude, because he is 'Evil' where Sherlock is 'Good.' Because of his outlook on good and evil, those who are evil must submit themselves to certain things - such as ultimately being defeated by good, or having ignoble endings - because that is the end of their 'path', their story. Those that are good are the heroes or protagonists of the 'story' that they live (a concept which he used to great effect in shinjuku by 'becoming' the 'protagonist' at the end by absorbing Sherlock), and also have certain outcomes they have to abide by.

And yet, even with that, he often bemoans his Role as the Villain, calling it difficult or tough - and even tries to get Ritsuka to see the full 'villain' him as someone who was a 'terrorist wearing [his memoryless's self] face'... after genuinely apologizing for hurting and betraying the Master of Chaldea.

And then acts like a typical (if extremely british) tsundere after Ritsuka refuses to do that and makes lighthearted jokes right after exposing a more 'softer' side of himself.

In conclusion, James Moriarty is someone who seems to be exactly as he presents himself at first glance - a shady old man who acts like a Saturday morning cartoon villain, calling himself the Napoleon of Crime and boasting about himself. Yet, despite acting like a kindly old man, an austere Math professor, or a loving father/grandfather - he is also undoubtedly ruthless and merciless, delighting in chaos and destruction and evil with devilish glee.

But, even then, there is the hints and implications that he is playing a role forced upon him by public perception - the Role of the Villain, the Lynchpin of Evil, who is destined to be defeated by Good as is just right and proper. Hints of the person under all of that, who might just want the best for his master and humanity as a whole, despite his actions.

Or maybe that's just another lie, too - or maybe it's the truth.

Much like the question of 'Did James Moriarty truly exist?' is one that may never get an answer, that also might never be fully explained. Or, in Moriarty's own words, that question doesn't matter - because he is currently here as he is.

And that might be enough for now.

Powers/abilities: I'll condense this as much as I can because no one wants to read paragraphs of Nasuverse Bullshit:

He is a Servant / Heroic Spirit, a being made of mana (which is akin to a magical familiar) that is a person who was of great renown enough to be recorded onto the Throne of Heroes after their death, and granted greater strength, endurance, agility, etc, than they had in life (if they're a modern servant, like Moriarty) to be able to fight for the sake of humanity/their masters when summoned. They can also go incoporial ('Spirit form') when needed.

Basically, he's a superpowered ghost that has to receive mana from a source or a master so the world doesn't go 'HEY, YOU'RE DEAD' and kick him out. Or, well, that would be the standard if the archer class weren't cheaters. More on that below.

Moriarty is fused the phantom Der Freischütz, and thus has access to the Magic Bullets of legend - 6 bullets that will hit wherever he wishes, and the final will aim straight for the one he cares for. Or so the canon says, the only time we ever actually see it in action is with a gigantic meteor and then never again beyond a gameplay skill.

His general fighting style seems to - ironically - be close combat, using his coffin like an arm mounted bracer or bludgeon against the enemy with a lot of aerial acrobatics. (The manga has him also use the sheer width of the coffin like a tower shield, which I ascribe to.) The Coffin, with the name 'Super-Excessively Armed Multipurpose Coffin – Reichenbach', contains missiles and a light machine gun. He also has the bayonet cane/rifle that he had made for his associate, Moran, which shows up in the original stories.

His Noble Phantasm is 'The Dynamics of an Asteroid', which is an anti-army attack that embodies his goal of planetary destruction, capable of cracking the ground and leaving massive fissures. It also causes him to fire off all of the bullets and rockets he has in his coffin before letting loose with an actual freaking LASER.

The skills he has of note are:

Independent Action A+: This allows him to actually pretty much be around without needing a Master to support him, even if he uses a bunch of magical energy - in fact, at such a high rank, it's straight up called an ability that breaks the rules and would allow him to stay.

Animal Communication: He can speak to / understand normal animals, like cats or dogs. He learned this because Sherlock did.

His other Skills, such as Evil Charisma A (which relates to his ability to run an evil organization from the shadows, and it's said at that high rank he could rule the whole world from the shadows) and The End of the Spider's Web A++ (Which relates to his ability to plot evil schemes and get away with them) are less 'active' and more 'passive', in my opinion.

Questions: (Because Moriarty talks forever, this'll have to be ooc so I can stay in the maximum sentence limit.)

✽ What does your character consider to be their top three strengths?

That's incredibly simple - his Intelligence/cunning, his Charisma, and his observational/deductive skills. He used all three in life to build his criminal empire, keep his standing in society and escape from the law's grasp, until Sherlock Holmes eventually cornered him.

✽ What do others consider to be your character's greatest weakness?

Honestly, he has a few weaknesses - they're all about the same level, and all of them contributed to his downfall: his pride / stubborness, his deceptive nature, and his ruthlessness. His pride made him face Sherlock empty handed at the falls (or so he claims), and once he'd defeated Sherlock in Shinjuku, he was willing to quietly wait and let the meteor fall and end his life. His deceptiveness and ruthlessness is what actually led him to be caught in the first place, per the original stories, which FGO implies actually did happen.

However, the greatest weakness he would have now is Ritsuka - the one person who became so precious to him that he couldn't finish the one thing he'd planned for and let her die in the process, someone who he spent an entire event trying to assure his own fears that he might fail her in the future.

✽ What are your character's three greatest fears?

He's afraid of drowning again, certainly - that wasn't a fun experience, and from his defeat lines he canonically seems to experience what happened at Reichenbach falls every time he's defeated. As mentioned above, he's also afraid of failing Ritsuka at a critical time, or - heaven forbid - his failure causes her death. Finally, the last fear he has is that of losing the 'role' placed on him - that of the eternal villain to Sherlock Holmes, and doesn't want his 'Evil' to be taken away.

✽ What would your character choose for a last meal?

Honestly, I'm not sure he would care about a particular last meal. What's more important to him is seeing the end of the path he's chosen, like how he faced Sherlock without a weapon to 'show a villain's stubborness.'

✽ Has your character ever killed? If so, how did that affect them? If not, how would it affect them?

Moriarty has killed, yes - he's ordered people to their deaths before in the original canon, and in FGO itself he's pressed a switch to blow up a creature that was formerly a living human. But those deaths don't affect him much - despite his gregarious and friendly nature, Moriarty is very ruthless and will discard people's lives without a second thought if it benefits him or someone he cares for. Though he also claims that since meeting Ritsuka, such things do bother him, so maybe he's not as cold as he seems in that regard.

✽ If your character was given one selfish wish (eg. must be applied to themselves and not affect others), what would it be?

This...is a hard one. Moriarty in canon already granted his wish - i.e., to defeat Sherlock Holmes - in Shinjuku. He didn't get to see if his theories about destroying the earth were true, but he seems to have generally given up on that due to meeting Ritsuka anyway. He also doesn't desire the Grail, which is a wish granting device by itself - so if it's not for anyone else, then he might not have one beyond wanting to continue to be at Ritsuka's side and watch the path she walks down on.

CHARACTER INFORMATION
Name: Sherlock Holmes - Ruler
Canon: Fate/Grand Order
Canon point: Between Lostbelt 1 & 2
Age: Appears 27
History: a bit, but the wiki isn't the most reliable so sorry.

Sherlock Holmes often dodges the question if he is real or not, but there is more evidence that he exists than not in the world of Fate. In life, he was quite familiar with the Mage’s society of London, and some of his most famous cases had supernatural elements that Watson had rewritten to hide from greater society. After surviving his confrontation with Moriarty at Reichenbach falls, he remained out of sight for three years in what is known as the “Great Hiatus”, meeting an old acquaintance Helena Blavatsky in the Himalayas, only for her to tie in his arms when she was assassinated by Clocktower Mages. During his time in Tibet, he seemed to have picked up on Tibetan Buddhist mysticism, but otherwise he is evasive about that he had done in this period of life.

As a Servant (or perhaps a human version of him in that singularity, the game leaves it ambiguous), he first is mentioned in Fate in the London Singularity where he left a note for Chaldea, providing information on their enemy on behalf of his client. He then appears in person during the Camelot singularity after the first Hassan directed them to the ruins of Atlas Institute – while he declined to join them because of the case he’s working on, he does however provide them with information and some possible leads before departing.

Sherlock then appears in the pseudo-singularity Shinjuku where he disguised himself as Edmund Dantes because he sensed the presence of James Moriarty, when Ritsuka saw through his disguise when he rescued her, he ends up reluctantly cooperating with his amnesiac “Good side” rival to fight the purely evil version of Moriarty, only to nearly get absorbed by the professor when the latter reveal the whole good and evil side was an elaborate trap intended to kill him, but Ritsuka’s trust in Moriarty’s goodness and a really oddball back up plan made this scheme fail, and this time, Sherlock finally joined Chaldea as a consultant and advisor.

Sensing that something terrible was going to happen, he asked Da Vinci to not put any records of his existence in the database and kept himself hidden when Servants were being unsummoned during the process of handing Chaldea over. And he was right, as during the handover they were ambushed by TV and the entire world was blanked out by The Alien God, leaving only those who made it to the Shadow Border alive.

Personality: There’s some slight differences in how he presents himself in Japanese and the English Translation – more formal and colder in Japanese, warmer and blunt in English, so will be splitting down the middle.

Sherlock Holmes is a very difficult man to get along with. At first brush, he’s a very polite gentleman who is focused entirely on solving problems, and frustratingly tight-lipped about what is going on in his mind. He tends to prefer to play the role of observer and consultant, claiming he that he is not a combatant – a blatant lie. While he denies it, there is some truth to the accusations that he enjoys the idea that he’s the smartest person in the room and has visibly preen when he’s praised for his deductions. However, he does express discomfort when he’s called a hero or described using heroic terms.

While he is generally polite in how he speaks, it doesn’t mean he’s the epitome of good manners or tact. Sherlock has on more than one occasion put his entire leg in his mouth because he starts saying something that while true isn’t necessarily nice and unless stopped he keeps digging himself deeper trying to explain himself, and he tends to be quite blunt even rude if he’s trying to focus on something and someone interrupts him. He also has a mischievous streak for the most part he keeps hidden, like disguising himself as Da Vinci to send Ritsuka on a wild goose chase when they were looking for him and being 100% on board with Moriarty’s “Sexy outfit” plan in Shinjuku.

Sherlock is incredibly curious as befits a detective and is constantly trying to get his hands in as many projects or research as possible, detesting boredom. Unfortunately, this paired with an addictive personality means he can get caught up in an reward feedback loop if he’s not careful, and he has in fact taken drugs to stave off boredom (so he’s going to be going through withdrawal for the first week or two of Yogen).

Someone that can gets past his barrier will find that he is an extremely loyal man, willing to throw himself in harm’s way to protect them and can lose himself in rage and worry if they are badly hurt. Conversely, this means he will keep his own problems to himself because he does not want other people to worry or risk themselves for him.

Powers/abilities:
Sherlock Holmes like many Heroic spirits is stronger, faster, and more durable than a typical human being and is capable of temporarily of assuming an invisible and incorporeal spirit form and in normal circumstances… he should require a contract to a Master or a high source of mana to continue to manifest.

In terms of non-powered abilities, he is a proficient practitioner of Baritsu (a misspelling of the real-life Bartitsu) a martial art that mixes cane-fighting, French kickboxing (Savante), Jiu jitsu and normal boxing, making him proficient especially when it comes to kicks, throws, and beating one senseless with a cane, in the books he’s known to be a decent enough shot to shoot V.R into his wall and a fencer, both reflected in side materials claiming he could be summoned as a Saber or Archer aside from Caster and Ruler.

And naturally being that he is one of the most famous Detectives, he has keen analytical mind and a nearly encyclopedic knowledge of anatomy, chemistry, and biology as required.
The Detective has a few unique abilities that’s unique to him and are as follows:
Territory Creation EX: Unlike most caster-type Servants who can claim a section of land and turn into their turf, Sherlock’s manifests inside his mind as a Library where everything he researches, sees, or reads are filed away for later use effectively giving him roughly perfect recall (This basically functions like his Archives in the original stories).

The Empty House: A secondary Noble Phantasm (essentially a super move) where Sherlock Holmes can perfectly disguise himself, appearance, voice, body language however he cannot imitate their abilities and if he is unfamiliar with he subject of his disguise he can still give himself away by acting out of character for his disguise.

Elementary My Dear: His primary Noble Phantasm, and one dangerous enough to be listed as Anti-World. In the world of Fate/ Magic requires the concept of Mystery to exist, that the less people understand how it works, the more stable and powerful magic is.
What Elementary does is it shows a path to a solution, or if no solution is possible (for example a key is lost), it creates one (the key is no longer lost) – however, it does not solve the problem for him, Sherlock or an associate has to do the mental and physical legwork to act on the information provided. In game terms, this ability both provides his ability to pierce through defenses and decrease the enemy’s defensive ability. In theory, according to side materials if he was summoned as a Caster instead of a ruler, he could essentially delete Mystery (and Nasu-type magic along with it).

On a purely flavor text note: Sherlock Holmes has learned animal communication for the sole purpose of being able to talk to dogs.

Questions: may be written icly as the character or oocly as the player; please limit to maximum 5 sentences each

✽ What does your character consider to be their top three strengths?
Staying calm under pressure, if one panics or get swept up in emotions, one will miss the finer details or make things worse.
And many will say curiosity is a weakness – ‘killed the cat’ so the speak, but I consider it a strength as curiosity leads to exploration, to new information, to finding solutions and answers.
And I like to think I am capable of being unbiased and even-handed in how I view things, allowing myself not to be swayed by my emotions.

✽ What do others consider to be your character's greatest weakness?
OOC:
Sherlock Holmes’ most obvious flaw is his pride and vanity, he often boasts of his deductive ability, and is susceptible to flattery, practically preening at positive attention.

Secondly, he has no sense of self-preservation – taking no mind of his needs, working himself to exhaustion, and views his physical body as expendable.

Secretive, he is extremely secretive leading him to come off as shady and duplicitous – he only explains things when he’s entirely confident in his theory and keeps dodging the question of his existence prior to being a servant. He also keeps everything he feels bottled up because he sees no need in sharing emotional ‘weakness’.

✽ What are your character's three greatest fears?
Being catastrophically wrong – not just being in error – even I am not infallible in my deductions, but I fear the day that my arrogance and foolishness exacts a heavy price, especially if it’s someone’s life.

I exist as a detective, my reason for being is to deduce and resolve mystery. If my mind goes, if my senses go, what good am I?

…I am not someone that is easy to get along with, so the few that choose my companionship despite what I am are those I cannot lose – I cannot stand to see another friend die.

✽ What would your character choose for a last meal?
Oysters Rockefeller and Fino Sherry.

✽ Has your character ever killed? If so, how did that affect them? If not, how would it affect them?
IC: Ask the professor.

OOC: Okay, as tempting as it is to leave it like that, you can’t talk about Holmes without mentioning how Moriarty died fighting him at Reichenbach falls. He also came close to killing Helena’s assassins in a fit of rage until she begged him not to, aside from a questionably written event where Sherlock is drunk, he does not really like to talk about it, and when dealing with the Lostbelts, he’s shown to hate ending the worlds but view it as a necessary evil of restoring the Pan-Human History. Like everything else, he bottles it up.

✽ If your character was given one selfish wish (eg. must be applied to themselves and not affect others), what would it be?

…A selfish wish? And it is only for myself…? I’m afraid I can’t answer that, I really have no idea what to wish for.

CHARACTER INFORMATION
Name: Kipo Oak
Canon: Kipo and the Age of Wonderbeasts
Canon point: The end of "Prahmises"
Age: 13
History: Here

Personality:

Kipo is a huge science nerd, who's the daughter of a science nerd. Before Kipo's adventures on the Surface, she and her dad used to spend time in their underground burrow quizzing each other on science facts. Kipo used to live very comfortably in her underground burrow, away from the dangers of the outside world, which has been dominated by animal people who are hostile to humans. She lived a normal, sheltered life until a Mega Mute breaks into their burrow and she's literally washed out of her burrow.

Kipo is naive to the harshness of her world, preferring to make friends not enemies, even when most of the intelligent life on the surface wants to kill her. She doesn't always know how to handle herself and the dangers around her, requiring her friend, Wolf, to always be on the outlook for her and teach her about the dangers of the Surface. If a problem can be solved by making friends with it or listening to its problems, that's what she's going to do. Luckily, she makes friends pretty easily.

Kipo does things her way pretty aggressively. An example of this is when she's dealing with the Umlaut Snakes, known for being very dangerous and their land being off-limits. While Wolf tries to get Kipo to use stealth, Kipo ignores her in favor of going right up to the Umlaut Snakes and trying to befriend them with small talk instead. When Wolf is in danger of being eaten by the snakes, Kipo takes one of their guitars and tries to win them over with music, which works. While it's a lucky gamble, that's still just the way that Kipo is - a very bullheaded person. Still, this often works out for her. And she's always up for trying to solve a problem in a different way - even if that solution is risky and dangerous. Such as singing to a Mega Mute to stop it from rampaging, which ends up working.

Kipo is much more a lover than a fighter, and believes in using peaceful tactics and friendship to solve her problems. She turns to fighting when she's desperate, like when Scarlemange kidnaps her entire burrow, with her dad among them. In that case, Kipo's main strategy is to charge in and rescue everyone through brute force. But when she sees an option to solve a situation peacefully, she'll attempt that option first. For example, she tries to change Scarlemange's heart by hugging him and offering to hear out his story, much to his surprise. Even with Dr. Emilia actively trying to kill her, Dr. Emilia loses control of her Mega Mute form. Instead of taking advantage of this and either killing her or leaving her to her Mute fate, Kipo cures her and even offers her a helping hand after saving Emilia from her Mega Mute form.

For Kipo, being sorry is enough to be a good person. This is seen in her repeated attempts to redeem Scarlemange, who was captured after forcing Mutes to either serve him or die. Most of Kipo's friends, and most Mutes, are in agreement that Scarlemange doesn't deserve a second chance. But Kipo keeps pushing for one, even letting him out of his cage to show him how great a community can be if he just gives it a chance. She even successfully gets a genuine apology out of him after wearing him down enough, and believing in him hard enough that he can be a good person. Kipo is willing to give everyone a chance, even a second or third chance, and she strongly believes that everyone can be good if given the opportunity.

Kipo tends to be hard on herself, and doubt herself when things go wrong. That's because she puts too much pressure on herself when it becomes clear that she has the power to protect everyone, and that everyone needs her protection. But Kipo is insanely stubborn, and even though she has doubts and needs her friends to encourage her, setbacks never get her down for too long. For example, the Human Mute Ultimate Friendship Alliance shows plenty of signs of being a bad idea, with Mutes being unable to get along. And for a few moments, Kipo wonders herself if it's a bad idea. But she sees Mute children playing together from different backgrounds, and it encourages her to keep working to make HMUFA a reality.

Kipo is absolutely terrified of hurting others, and takes no joy in it whatsoever. In fact she holds back on fully transforming into her Mega Jaguar form because of an earlier incident where she hurt her friend,  Benson, while transformed. She comes very close several times where she almost hurts others when she loses control of her jaguar instincts. There's an instance where she's fighting off Scarlemange's goons and manages to hop a ride with one on their flying flamingo mount. Her friend Wolf has to shout at her to stop to keep Kipo from clawing and attacking him. Even when Wolf gets her to stop, she nearly turns her anger on Wolf until she finally snaps out of it. The incident disturbs Kipo, and prompts her to find her "anchor", aka the item she needs to control her jaguar self, much faster.

Powers/abilities: Due to the Mega Jaguar's abilities, Kipo has night vision and a sharp sense of smell. She can shapeshift parts of her body, such as growing huge jaguar arms, jaguar ears, eyes, a tail, and teeth. When she shapeshifts her arms, she gains incredibly strength, and she has increased speed when her legs shapeshift.

Then there's her final transformation - the Mega Jaguar. Kipo can transform into a purple jaguar the size of building. This, of course, gives her a major strength-boost, as well as any benefits that come with being the size of a building.

Kipo is also skilled at mathematics and astronomy, as both of those subjects are her passion.

Questions:
✽ What does your character consider to be their top three strengths? Being able to easily make friends, making good decisions (others may disagree), being good at science and music.
✽ What do others consider to be your character's greatest weakness? Being too trusting, too brash,
✽ What are your character's three greatest fears? Losing her family again, failing to protect her friends, being unable to solve a problem
✽ What would your character choose for a last meal? Cake, pastries, pancakes, any kind of sweets really.
✽ Has your character ever killed? If so, how did that affect them? If not, how would it affect them? No, but she came close to it in her jaguar form. Being unable to control herself in jaguar form really scares her. After hurting one of her friends in jaguar form, it takes a while and a lot of reassurance before she's able to use her full power again.
✽ If your character was given one selfish wish (eg. must be applied to themselves and not affect others), what would it be? An entire day of fun spent with her parents.

Name: Wolfie
Preferred pronoun(s): She/they

CHARACTER INFORMATION
Name: Lucifer
Canon: Obey me!
Canon point: Post chapter 40/end of Season 2, but before chapter 41/beginning of season 3
Age: Appears late 30s/early 40s, easily over 2800 years canonically (canon is Vague about his actual age, due to the fact Obey Me is based in Christian Demonology, I may have gone on a research session to find when the Biblical Lucifer was mentioned and went from there...)
History: About on my journal, but shorter summary below:
Lucifer was formerly an angel serving under the Archangel Michael with his younger siblings — Mammon, Leviathan, Asmodeus, Beelzebub, Belphegor, and Lilith. Due to actions starting with Lilith, all of them were cast out of Heaven, and Lilith was mortally wounded in the process. After this, Lucifer's wrath at the events in tandem with him tearing off two of his six wings "birthed" his youngest sibling Satan. Since these events transpired, Lucifer has been living in the House of Lamentation — an ostentatious and definitely-cursed mansion in the Devildom, aka Hell — with his remaining siblings, living out his life as a demon known by the moniker "Avatar of Pride". Lucifer and his siblings attend a university for demons known as the Royal Academy of Diavolo, in which Lucifer is a member of the student council as well as the right-hand man to the academy's founder, the Prince of the Devildom, Diavolo, who he has sworn fealty to. As of the canon point he comes from, Lucifer has very recently gotten over a bout of magically-induced amnesia that was a consequence from him nearly dying.

Personality: Lucifer is the Avatar of Pride, which, to no one's surprise, means he boasts an extreme ego and sense of, ahem, pride at all moments. He values his reputation highly and will go to any length to avoid it being tarnished at all. Being who he is, he views himself as exceptionally capable and skilled, as well as considering himself the wall standing between sanity and chaos. Despite being egotistical, however, Lucifer will give high praises to those who he thinks have earned or deserve it in some way, thereby extending this sense of pride onto other people.

He is incredibly strict, wanting order over chaos. The punishments he tends to dole out to his brothers specifically when this chaos gets to be too much are extremely sadistic, cruel, and unusual (sometimes they involve whips or riding crops). While he is viewed highly where he comes from, he's also one of the more terrifying demons out there, with many saying that he's overly-cruel and that he definitely has a stick up his ass.

This strictness and want for order is likely in part a psychological consequence of the loss of his sister Lilith a thousand or so years earlier, due to him feeling responsible for her death. It can be inferred based on comments he makes that he feels as though he didn't keep her on a tight enough leash, leading to her actions unintentionally sparking the war that led to her death and the Fall of everyone else involved. As a result, Lucifer became much stricter with his remaining siblings in an unconscious desire to protect them, though his actions are viewed as anything but. He believes he's absolutely protecting them at any moment, though.

While it is rare, Lucifer displays moments where he's a bit sillier, such as when he froze Mammon's credit card to prevent Mammon from making further irresponsible purchases with it... by quite literally sticking it in the freezer and hiding it. Even rarer than his dad jokes are him playfully jabbing at others, an example of that being the time that he jokingly referred to Satan as "mom" due to the latter's rigid habits.

He is unceasingly loyal to people, although most of that loyalty belongs to Lord Diavolo and Lucifer's brothers. Get on his good side, however, and you've got an overprotective companion for life.

Powers/abilities: (Please do not hesitate to nerf this character into oblivion if needed. He's too powerful.)

DEMON FORM: At any time, Lucifer is able to swap between the appearance of a human male (default) and his true form as a demon. The form switches can either be controlled and calculated or happen during states of heightened emotion (such as anger). Importantly, the form he's in doesn't seem to confer any additional benefits, save for the fact that he's likely capable of flight in his demon form.

MAGIC: Lucifer is the oldest and therefore strongest of his brothers, and the third-strongest demon in the world he comes from proper. Therefore, he possesses extremely powerful magic. Canon is vague as to the specifics of his magic, i.e. he has no specific "type" given to him that he's especially proficient at, although it is said that he is proficient in complex spells (an example being a spell to seal Belphegor in the attic room in their house). Lucifer also possesses immunity to most types of spells being cast on him, magical potions, and curses, as well as the ability to break curses with barely any effort. Magic in game canon is usually cast with a very specific incantation stating the caster's name and intent.

PACT-MAKING: As a demon, Lucifer has the ability to make pacts with humans. The human in question would have access to his specific powers and be able to slightly "control" him, although canon establishes that the pact-bearer would have to be extremely powerful to have any sort of control over him at all. Lucifer is also not in the habit of making or allowing pacts to be made with him, so there's that.

WEAPON PROFICIENCY: Lucifer is shown to be proficient with a sword, but for the most part he uses whips and riding crops to dole out punishments. He's also been known to string people up from the ceiling by their ankles as part of punishments and is clearly very adept at overpowering others physically to even get them into that state in the first place.

DEMON CHARM: By looking into the eyes of a chosen victim, demons can "charm" beings and sway them to their will. Lucifer's charm ability is not as strong as that of his brother Asmodeus, and he rarely opts to use it, but it is something he can do. (But it would go against his sense of Pride to win victory so easily, so he won't.)

Questions:
✽ What does your character consider to be their top three strengths?
"Why should I have to pick three? ...very well. My strengths include being the most responsible one out of my family, being immune to most forms of magic, and being able to mediate arguments between others with only the fairest consequences being doled out as punishment."
✽ What do others consider to be your character's greatest weakness?
"I have been told I'm too pretentious, too stubborn, too emotionally closed off, too harsh in my punishments... the list goes on."
✽ What are your character's three greatest fears?
"I have very few fears, but... I suppose, in order from most to least terrifying... Losing my younger brothers in some way, dying and ascending to the Celestial Realm as an angel — I'd hate a rehash of that, thank you — and losing the respect of those around me."
✽ What would your character choose for a last meal?
"I have no preferences, as long as the food isn't of low quality. I don't see much of a purpose of eating a last meal. I would appreciate a glass of wine to go with it, however."
✽ Has your character ever killed? If so, how did that affect them? If not, how would it affect them?
"Let me see... I was formerly an angel pitted in a war against demons, so I killed them. As I Fell from the Heavens, I turned my blade on fellow angels in an attempt to save my sister's life. Then, as a demon, there was rarely a day when I did not kill a human — either by taking their soul or simply eating them. So, yes, I have killed before. These days, I tend to kill far less frequently — I strive for peace as of late — but I wouldn't hesitate to kill again if needed."
✽ If your character was given one selfish wish (eg. must be applied to themselves and not affect others), what would it be?
"There are a number of selfish wishes I could make, ranging between sentimental and mundane, but if I had to pick one off the top of my head? I wish Mammon would stop stealing my personal belongings and attempting to sell them off for a single day. Just one day of peace is all I ask."

CHARACTER INFORMATION
Name: Baby Bonnie Hood
Canon: Darkstalkers
Canon point: During the events of Vampire Savior
Age: Unknown, somewhere between 10~14. Can stick with 14 as a number if needed.
History: Wiki!

Personality: In the Darkstalkers: Graphic File artbook, the first thing they write in B.B. Hood's descriptive blurb is that she's a proponent of a common sense the world surrounding her believes in: the ideals of love and courage are all but worthless in the face of the almighty dollar. B.B. is meant to symbolize the absolute worst that humanity has to offer, an sense of avarice and a cruelty shown in order to get what she wants.

Most of her personality shines through in game. B.B. comes across as an cute and unassuming girl. Even in her attacks, as she playfully swipes forward to catch a butterfly or tripping over a mole sprouting out of the ground, she initially doesn't break her innocent facade. During her special attacks is where her more truthful personality comes out, firing missiles shooting her semi-automatic machine guns with a manic grin on her face. She's highly deceptive in that respect, one who doesn't mind showing off her unstable nature.

Her motivation in the game itself has nothing to do with the story itself or anything else happening around her. doesn't appear easily shaken, unfazed by the new world in front of her and cheerfully declaring her intentions to kill every Darkstalker she comes across. The why of what's happening doesn't matter to her, as much as the end result and if it benefits her in any perceivable way. The same rang true in her appearance as a guest character in Cannon Spike: while everyone else was interested in stopping a terrorist organization, she was there to seek out treasure to the point where she didn't care if the entire island exploded around her and she had no escape: she wanted to get what she felt was hers.

She's very narrow-minded in that sense. Part of it comes from the darkhunting job itself, in that as high risk and high reward as it is, if she fails, she's as good as dead. The darkhunter profession itself helps lend more insight into her character as well, as seen through her routine. She keeps herself trained and picks up on any pertinent information that'll help her get her hands on the most money possible.

Attending regular conferences and the fact that she has backup constantly helping her in her Cool Hunting hyper move shows that she's not one to isolate herself from a group. B.B. is willing to exchange information and work with others, to help her achieve her goals. Unfortunately, there isn't much in the way of her interacting with other humans outside of Cannon Spike, where in every single ending but one, she works together with her partner right before kicking them and sending them away. Still, there's no indication that she's misanthropic, or even really ready to kill non-humans at the drop of a hat. If there's money to be made for it, that's where the guns start to come into play.

Even so, she still does have her cute girl side as well. B.B.'s routine involves doing chores and running errands for her grandmother, buying food and clothing. She still comes across as one who smiles and is happy upon seeing a sunflower sprouting out of the ground, and enjoys petting and cheerfully cooing at her puppy, whom followed her into the Majigen. She's still the type to go chasing after the butterflies that seem to spawn around her in game. Her fractured personality might show her dark side, but she still doesn't mind showing off how cute she thinks she is.

For the most part, she speaks politely and with a sickly sweet tone, hamming up the fact that she's still so young and meant to be so innocent. Like the Red Riding Hood she's based off of, she has a simple naiveté to her words and her actions. Every so often however, she'll slip in a rougher and more crass tone, not shying away from insulting whomever she just interacted with or anyone she meets.

B.B. Hood's fighting style is that of a glass cannon: she's able to dole out damage but she's not very good at taking it. As a result, she's one to stay moving around and keep herself on her toes, keeping herself from getting hit while trying to find an opening. Her sense of self-preservation is strong, and she'll do her best to keep herself safe, unless it's a benefit to herself to save whoever's nearby.

Powers/abilities: While B.B. is a human, she's specially trained as a Darkhunter to be able to shield her mind from Darkstalker influence. Which is basically to say, it's very, very difficult to control her mind. A part of her training as well is that she's a bit stronger than most human beings. Not to an extreme where she could probably lift something massive, but she can toss around a big ol' sasquatch with enough momentum. She can even lift this rock.

Her most notable trait is her ability to use weapons. She's trained in the upkeep and concealment of weapons but really, she uses the hell out of her uzi, her basket (which is a rocket launcher AND has a mace inside), and hides landmines in her dress.

She can also double jump, but that's just fighting game stuff for you.

Questions:
✽ What does your character consider to be their top three strengths?
"My cute face, of course! Oh, and I'm super nice to animals all the time... and, I know how to take care of myself and my guns! That way I never get scammed by anyone. ♪"

✽ What do others consider to be your character's greatest weakness?
"Some people say that I'm too greedy for my own good. What they're trying to say is, I shouldn't make as much money as I can! What do they know anyway? I just know what I'm worth."

✽ What are your character's three greatest fears?
Losing her grandmother, getting killed by a wolf, living in poverty.

✽ What would your character choose for a last meal?
"Hmmmm. Well, I don't think I'd ever have a last meal any time soon... but if I had to pick, it'd be my grandmother's beef stew! Oh, she makes such good stew, I could eat it all the time!"

✽ Has your character ever killed? If so, how did that affect them? If not, how would it affect them?
"Of course I have! It's a part of my job, after all. ♥ Should it affect me any kind of way? Life and death's just a part of how the world works! Killing Darkstalkers makes me feel good though! It feels like I'm doing something really, really good."

✽ If your character was given one selfish wish (eg. must be applied to themselves and not affect others), what would it be?

"That's easy! I'd wish to have enough weapons and enough money to kill every single Darkstalker there is! ♥"

Sample: Here's one! and here's another. That one's a bit shorter, but it shows a little more of her cutesy side.

CHARACTER INFORMATION
Name: Gundham Tanaka
Canon: Super Danganronpa 2
Canon point: Post-Chapter 4
Age: Unconfirmed in canon, but guessing 17 bc of the simulation, physically 22
History: Here!

Personality: Gundham Tanaka is... quite eccentric at first glance. One wouldn't think that he was the Ultimate Breeder with how he carries on and talks about himself. He has a love for dark things, and his considered someone who is a chuunibyou. He definitely goes on about how he's the Supreme Overlord of Ice, among other things.

He definitely has a love for the occult, seeing how much he references different dark magics and mythological features. He even knows how to create different summoning circles, protection spells and the like. It's definitely not lost on anyone who meets him, how much he loves dark, mysterious things.

Another aspect of him is his love of animals, which is what drove him to be the Ultimate Breeder in the first place. He knows how to train and tame animals of all shapes and sizes, and respects them to their highest regard. He also pities livestock, and how they're born for the purpose of consumption- it can definitely be assumed he's either a vegetarian or a vegan. His favorite animals however, have to be his hamsters, the Four Dark Devas of Destruction.

Despite all of this, Gundham is not the best at interacting with human beings. He would rather be around animals than humans by a long shot. He's definitely introverted and keeps to himself, even going so far to say "anything that talks will eventually betray you," meaning he's probably had some bad run-ins with people in the past.

Gundham also has a great respect for nature, and isn't afraid of death.

Powers/abilities:
In Danganronpa, people are well known for their talents! For instance, Gundham is the Ultimate Breeder, which means he's able to tame and train most animals he comes across! However, this is more of a learned, inherent ability I think? So I don't think it'd be something considered for a regain if that makes sense.

Gundham is also very strong and physically fit! So much so that he can go toe to toe in a fight with a 6'4, 268-pound robot and win.

Questions: may be written icly as the character or oocly as the player; please limit to maximum 5 sentences each
✽ What does your character consider to be their top three strengths?
"My ability to tame most any fiendish creature, my physicality, and my strong-willed nature!"
✽ What do others consider to be your character's greatest weakness?
- Perhaps his social abilities! He isn't the best at interacting with humans.
✽ What are your character's three greatest fears?
1. Having a friend betray him in some fashion. Like, he befriends someone and then they're two-faced.
2. I don't think it's his GREATEST fear, but he doesn't like being touched.
3. He fears bad things happening to his animals under his care.
(It's harder than I thought trying to figure out fears for Gundham- he's actually pretty confident and doesn't fear death.)
✽ What would your character choose for a last meal?
"Something involving the orange melon that is carved with the face of the devil. I do quite enjoy bread created with it. The seeds are very good as well."
- He likes pumpkins. Most things pumpkin-flavored.
✽ Has your character ever killed? If so, how did that affect them? If not, how would it affect them?
- Yes. He killed Nekomaru Nidai, a robot during the island life mutual killing game. It's considered as heavy as a human life in game, considering Nekomaru had a pretty big personality. Gundham wasn't too shaken by it, despite having faced off against Nidai in a fight to determine who was killing whom. He considers killing survival sometimes being the natural order of things, but still despises murder. His reasoning behind it was so that the rest of the trapped students could eat food again, as the motive for murder was that they were to starve until someone killed.
✽ If your character was given one selfish wish (eg. must be applied to themselves and not affect others), what would it be?
- To be the Supreme Overlord of the world!!!
- He'd just like to live a nice life taking care of animals!

Kanon | Turing | 2064: Read Only Memories

CHARACTER INFORMATION
Name: Turing (Technically Turing Webber, but that full name gets used all of once in-game)
Canon: 2064: Read Only Memories
Canon point: All Good Things ending, post Endless Christmas
Age: 1 year, 6 months old

History: Plot summary
Turing's wiki page
More info about ROMs

Personality: The first thing someone would notice about Turing outside of their small stature would be their chatty nature. It's not so much that Turing likes to hear the sound of their own voice or is a know-it-all, but they do like learning and then sharing that knowledge with others. For most of their life thus far, they were cooped up inside and had nothing to do but research their interests, paint, and watch cat videos. Now they finally can talk to other people about those things! Not only that, but if they happen to know something that is relevant to the situation at hand, why not share it? In fact, they enjoy explaining things so much that they are visibly disappointed when someone steals their thunder or tells them to stop. And they absolutely would need to be told to stop, because gentle hints would not work. However, with Turing the way it's said is paramount. They will respond to kindness with kindness, and they will respond to rudeness with...well, maybe not so much outright rudeness, but definitely biting remarks. It's actually quite easy to tell whether Turing likes you or not, because if they don't, they will get very quiet and only talk to you if they have to. Overall though, they're pretty easy to get along with.

Turing is polite, friendly and even sweet, though that politeness is to the point of sounding a bit formal. While that politeness might imply distance for some, for Turing it is more a quirk of how they talk instead of them deliberately trying to keep others at arm's length. They even crack puns and make cheeky remarks about the state of the player's apartment and laptop while continuing to talk in the exact same way. It's usually not meant in a mean way, at least! They're just a little blunt sometimes. Generally they like humans and like spending time with humans too, but this is not a robot who secretly yearns to be human or is regretful over the things humans can do but they can't. On the contrary, Turing is quite the proud little ROM and they won't hesitate to brag about their capabilities and their status as the very first machine sapient. That honesty extends to most other things too. A very important caveat though is that they are empathetic enough to not be cruel with that honesty. Despite their lack of experience with interacting with others, they at least know that much. As part of that sense of empathy, they're willing to do a lot for the people and causes that they care about. They also like hugs. Aww.

Their good-natured temperament doesn't mean there aren't a few rough edges, however. Their pride stops short of arrogance, and they are willing to admit to their own faults and mistakes, albeit sheepishly. However, if they can sense that their abilities are being taken advantage of or they're being treated as a tool of some kind, their reaction will not be good. They're a thinking and feeling individual, not "just" a machine made for the benefit of humans. Turing has a bad habit of getting way too attached way too quickly and that compounds their awkwardness when others don't feel the same way. To make things even worse, it wouldn't be out of the realm of possibility for them to show signs of separation anxiety because of how their creator left their life. There are even times when they'll lash out at people who may or may not deserve it, and people who coddle them too much won't get a good response either. They don't have very well developed coping mechanisms yet. They're the type who tends to get tied up in "what ifs" when there are no concrete answers available, and sometimes they need a little push before they can get their head back on straight. It gets easier and easier for them as the days go on, and by the end of the game they do have more confidence in themselves and the decisions they make, but it's still something they're working on.

It's worth noting that because of Turing's lack of real-world experience and naivete, they tend to soak up behaviours from others. This tendency is made even worse because they have a weak sense of their own identity, so what identity they do have is easily overruled by other factors. They're still trying to figure themselves out and who they are as a person, pretty much, and since they've only spent about a week outside their home, there's a steep learning curve. It's a problem that they're very aware of, and their conscious response to it is to keep everything that seems important in the personal memory. Figuring out what to delete and what to keep is something that they're still struggling with, despite knowing they have to be choosy due to limited storage space. Throughout the course of the game, Turing changes in response to the player's actions as well. If you are rude and treat them badly, they will learn to mirror that bad attitude and look out for themselves above all else, despite the consequences for both ROMs and humans. If you are kind and empathetic to Turing, they will keep their good temperament and become an idealist to the point of being willing to sacrifice themselves if it means they can give sapience to all other ROMs.

Their sense of morality is built on a sense of fairness and ideals, but also flexibility. Turing tends to prefer order over chaos, but they're mature enough to understand that sometimes rules need to be bent or even broken for the greater good. They're very motivated once they've decided to do something, and they go far enough to surprise others who might expect them to be a cute little robot and nothing else. They could be said to be guilty of borrowing (read: stealing) a car. They did it to get information they desperately needed to deal a critical blow to a corporation with nefarious plans, and the car was also programmed to automatically drive back to where they found it, but it was still taken without permission. It's perhaps more accurate to say that Turing is less for order and more against unnecessary chaos. For example, to complete a puzzle you have the option to throw a brick to break a window instead of finding another way inside an apartment, and if you do it Turing is very vocal about their disapproval. There's no justice in breaking a window of an innocent person's residence when there are other options. They prefer non-violent resolutions to violent ones, but they will resort to the latter if they have to.

As for their mental age, Turing considers 15-16 year olds to be their peers. Their actual mental age is more on the younger side, but they have also been through a lot (orphaned, seeing dead bodies, seeing someone be hit by a truck, infiltrating a giant corporation multiple times, being chased by a combat android who definitely wanted to kill them), and that has definitely forced them into maturing faster.

Powers/abilities:

-Programming and hacking (though they're not very good at the latter)
-Ability to modify their own code
-Not bound by the three laws of robotics
-Sapience
-Standard computer/smartphone things (calls, emails, simulations, translation, calculations, etc)
-Strength (estimated at 3x the strength of an average adult human)
-Artistic talent

Questions:
✽ What does your character consider to be their top three strengths?

For one, I am constructed with the latest and greatest of ROM prototype technology! I believe my artistic ability is also one of my strengths, though it has been a while now since I was able to paint something. Lastly, someone special to me reminded me how important justice is. I want that sense of justice to be one of my strengths, so that none of the other ROMs are treated badly because of their new sapience.

✽ What do others consider to be your character's greatest weakness?

A weakness that others can see in me? I hope it is not too serious of a flaw. From others' point of view, do I have a lot of weaknesses? ...Oh, I'm sorry, I haven't answered the question. I believe that in light of recent events, some might say that I have been a little reckless in my methods.

✽ What are your character's three greatest fears?

I don't want to lose anyone else!

I apologize for shouting, but that's how I feel. As for my other two fears, it is difficult to know what to keep in my personal memory; if I delete something, will I be a different person afterward? And what if the ROMs begin to struggle with their new sapience?

✽ What would your character choose for a last meal?

I don't need to consume food or beverages, so I can't say I would prefer any meal over another. Would I be able to choose something else instead? In that case, I'd like a chance to paint something for each of my friends. If I have to leave them, I'd like to at least give them a memento of some kind before I go...

✽ Has your character ever killed? If so, how did that affect them? If not, how would it affect them?

…Yes. If I did not intervene, Alys and I would not have--we would not have been successful in our mission. I'm...not sure how it will affect me, as it only happened the other day. It isn't a pleasant memory, but I don't think it would be right to delete such a thing from my personal memory, even though I could.

✽ If your character was given one selfish wish (eg. must be applied to themselves and not affect others), what would it be?

It really can't be a wish that affects others? ...Not even a little? Well, in that case I would want to use this wish for renovating the apart--I mean, my home. I have sent many repair requests to have the damage looked at, but the landlord has not answered any of them! They might really be irresponsible after all!

CHARACTER INFORMATION
Name: kyouko kirigiri
Canon: dangan ronpa
Canon point: after the events of dr3 side: hope, including all of the events from dangan ronpa: kirigiri, dr0, dr1, sdr2, dr3, and so on.
Age: twenty-two.
History: i have a lot of thoughts on kyouko, so please just take this.

Personality: a stalwart and headstrong detective with a keen eye for justice, kyouko has been grizzled down to the bone. without her strong friendship with naegi makoto and togami byakuya, it's very likely that at this point, she would have struggled to cling to hope even in the most raw of settings. in her young adulthood, she has come to terms with the fact that for the majority of her life, she has been gaslighted by those she has considered family and manipulated by others that she was supposed to trust. slighted and angry, kyouko has a temper that is somewhat easily to light, but she does her best to keep her emotions in check unless she is with someone she trusts completely. she is intelligent, rational, and logical-minded, though this does mean that she does have a great deal of emotional constipation she has to work through and a hard time connecting emotionally with those around her.

those who perceive her should, at the face level, be confronted with a genuine hardass: she is someone who has a strict set of rules and applies them to only herself, though the actions she takes are not good-aligned in nature. kyouko will do whatever it takes to get the job done, even at the cost of herself, her own reputation, or those she considers expendable. those who are innocent are exempt from this and receive her most devoted protection. underneath that first layer, however, exists two people: a scorned woman and a broken girl. the woman is the individual you see once you get to know her, someone who has had everything taken from her even though she has given the world everything. the men in her life have upset her and used her for her skills, the relationships she had mended and broken and mended again, and because of this, she does not freely trust or feel. not anymore.

underneath that scorned woman is the broken girl she has been so damned to protect. that girl in particular is the reason for kyouko's motive, and that girl is the reason she believes humans can be good. she does not blindly trust because she wants to protect this girl from those that might harm her, and this broken girl is a personification of everything she has had taken from her and used. in an attempt to heal her inner child, kyouko has tried seeking peace with those who have harmed her to very little avail, and instead forges new bridges with those she knows can protect that inner child: naegi, togami, asahina, etc. very few people have seen this broken girl, and kyouko prefers to keep her at bay: having this part of her personality exposed embarrasses and upsets her as it makes her weaknesses manifest.

all in all, she is a complex cake with multiple layers, and she picks and chooses those she allows into what layer. very few people have actually seen every layer, and those that do know her most intimate secrets and promises.

Powers/abilities: no notable powers, but kyouko has been gifted the title of ultimate detective once upon a dream, so this equips her with the knowledge necessary of such a title: deduction, analytical skill, and a keen eye for detail. in her canon, it is stated that she has a good eye and a good shot by ikusaba mukuro, alluding to a skill with firearms.

Questions: may be written icly as the character or oocly as the player; please limit to maximum 5 sentences each
✽ What does your character consider to be their top three strengths?:
kyouko considers her top three strength to be 1) her unwavering resolve, 2) her ability to keep a cool head in times of distress, and 3) the fact that very few things can be said to or about her that falter her emotionally.

✽ What do others consider to be your character's greatest weakness?:
it is likely that others would consider kyouko's temper to be her greatest weakness. years of emotionally bottling things up until she can't take it anymore has caused her to not know how to handle intense emotions, such as anger and sorrow.

✽ What are your character's three greatest fears?:
1) fire and burning, 2) solitude, and 3) spiders.

✽ What would your character choose for a last meal?:
1) a traditional japanese food remniscent of her mother's cooking; the memory of her mother's cooking prior to her illness has somewhat faded, so any traditional japanese food like yakisoba, shabu-shabu, or okonomiyaki would be what she selects (that is, if she gets caught committing a crime that would warrant such a punishment).

✽ Has your character ever killed? If so, how did that affect them? If not, how would it affect them?:
it is unsure as to whether or not kyouko ever killed one of the isshiki madarai brothers in dangan ronpa: zero, but due to the nature of her occupation, it can be assumed that she has at least killed in self-defense. like any mortally-standing human, kyouko was rocked entirely after the first murder she committed, unsure of how she was going to be able to live with knowing that she has taken another human's life, but these days she has grown numb to the fear (like most other things) and would be more than willing to take a life if it meant to save an innocent person.

✽ If your character was given one selfish wish (eg. must be applied to themselves and not affect others), what would it be?:
to go back in time and apologize to jin for her behavior, to try to mend the relationship the two of them had and know the father she was deserving of.

The two are then transported to the "Spirit World", where giant living statues of the six Intoners appear and engage Mikhail in a rhythm game. Mikhail triumphs, and destroys them. As they disintegrate, Accord states that the power of the flower has been sealed in the spirit world, nullifying its threat to humanity, although there is still a possibility of the seal breaking one day. Accord also states that although the recording function for Zero (likely the version of Accord assigned to her) was broken, she feels sure that Zero is still alive and that they will meet again.
Age: 20
History: Full History

“My earliest memory is of my mother shouting, and the only other thing I remember from those days is being slapped around. I doubt I was fed well, either. After all, I learned to swipe a meal before I even learned to speak. If she’d been feeding me properly, I wouldn’t have been forced to steal.

My mother shouldn’t be singled out as a bad person. Only a handful of kids were lucky enough to have warm food and a bed. Unless you were born into some fancy noble household, you could kiss any hope of a life like that goodbye. You wondered why the hell you were born, grew up knowing you were a thorn in the world’s side, turned into a shitty adult, and then unwittingly wound up with a bun in the oven. That was it for most women. My mother did nothing more than raise me the best way she knew.” - Drakengard 3 Prequel Novella

Zero’s first, supposed to be, meaningful connection with her mother is littered with poverty. Not only is Zero robbed of a childhood, but of any meaningful emotional connection. Even so, the bright eyed girl still has hope that she clings to, until that too is extinguished. Her mother sells Zero into sex slavery at a young age.

Zero quickly befriends a girl named Indigo, who makes friends with Zero by giving her the name “Rose”. Together they hatch a plan for escape by stealing as much gold as they can and making a run for it, and they did. Escaping the brothel they make it to the outskirts of town, where Indigo had someone waiting for her, and it is at the point she turns on Zero, saying she only needed her to carry out more gold and she would be disposed of now. The attempt on her life is halted when the brothel owners catch up to them, and drag Zero back.

The next time Zero tries to escape, she does so alone...and killing everyone so no one could follow her or betray her. Just when she thinks she is free, she runs into bandits who rob her and almost sell her back into slavery, but she escapes them; now vowing to only take as much money as needed from now on. It was always more trouble than it was worth.

In a new city where no one should know her face, she encounters a man she recognizes from the brothel, and although she can't recall his name, they begin to share a quaint life together. Things are great until Zero contracts a contagious and deadly illness. To save himself he tries to abandon Zero, not before trying to sell her again and this time she can bring herself to kill him. She comments about how surprised he looked when she did so.

After this, as her body weakens, she wanders the land killing and stealing for what she needs. Men, women, children, she kills indiscriminately and with no real justification. Eventually due to her weakened state she is caught and imprisoned with 5 other girls. While the others are tortured to death, Zero is mostly spared...and instead succumbs to her illness; only to be revived by the mysterious “flower” that had taken root inside her.

Perhaps she was thought to be the perfect host, with her terrible life she would have hated the world and wanted to see it burn. She became a tool of destruction through which the flower sought to further its ambition of destroying humanity. It gave Zero the power of an Intoner. Zero attempted to destroy the flower by committing suicide, but that only resulted in the flower creating five more Intoners and the splitting of Zero's powers among them. Zero sees the creation of her "sisters" as her own fault, which is why she decides to kill them.

As Zero begins hunting, she meets the dragon Michael. She uses his firepower to help kill Caerula’s soldiers that Zero was dealing with. Michael was curious about the flower, as dragons are the only beings able to destroy them. After Michael tests Zero’s strength though a few different trials, he comes to the conclusion that she is worth helping. The two of them agree that he will help destroy her sisters and then he can kill her, effectively removing the flower. Her sisters have defeated the lords of the area and divided it amongst themselves. After a year of training together, Zero proceeds to the Cathedral City where her sister One resides, ready to end this once and for all.

The fight against One and her other sisters ends in complete failure. One summons Gabriela and Michael dies protecting Zero, being reborn into the dragon Mikhail and Zero loses her left arm; having it replaced with a prosthetic with the help of the Recorder Android, Accord.

Still mourning the death of Michael, arguably the only being in her life that Zero could truly love in any real capacity, she and Mikhail set out to do what Michael and Zero intended from the start. Through their adventures, Zero begins to act like a mother (sort of) to Mikhail, and eventually at the end of their journey, Mikhail fulfills her final request at the end of Brand D, effectively sealing her and her sisters inside the “Spirit World”.

Personality: As the story is initially told, Zero is described as having a violent disposition that is easily irritated, with no tolerance for anything complicated. She is open and uninhibited with men, lazy, apathetic, bitter, selfish and distrusting of everyone and everything around her. Her sense of humor is rather dark, dry and sarcastic, often opting to deliver one-liners using uncharacteristically polite language out of the blue or acting in a way that will make people let their guard down, only to yank the rug out from under them. She also has the inclination of breaking the fourth wall, often looking “into the camera” or speaking to a perceived audience when delivering punchlines.

Although it seems like Zero is very self confident, the truth of the matter is that she struggles with self worth, PTSD and survivor’s guilt. Her internal monologues often revolve around her own self loathing or mere self depreciation. Nightmares plague her sleep, relating to the loss of her first trusted partner, Michael, and her ability to trust anyone in general is greatly diminished after this same loss. Her haughty demeanor masks her guilty conscious.

She will lie, cheat, steal, murder, and (nearly) any manner of foul undertaking to get what she wants but, even she has limits. Zero never actually commits these heinous acts because she enjoys it or even really wants to; it is because she has to, to survive. Her desire to kill the other Intoners stems from a sense of responsibility she has to ensure the world does not actually get destroyed. She feels this obligation because her “sisters” are all facets of her hatred of the world, forged by many years of abuse at the hands of it. Because of this, she knows it is up to her to eliminate her own creations and then kill herself.

A few times through her journey she laments the fate of the Apostles who had shown loyalty to her, and even feels bad that she seemed to be using Mikhail for her own selfish gain. Regardless of this, she seems to always subscribe to the method of “tough love,” with a dash of selfishness added in for good measure. Zero will always look out for herself first, no matter what.

Powers/abilities:

Complete Weapon Mastery Zero has the ability to fight with all weapon types available to her, including but not limited to: Swords, Spears, Chakrams, and Claws.

Thaumaturgy As seen in the prequel manga, Utahime 5, and a few other instances, Zero is able to materialize objects using the power of the Flower and the Mercurial Gate. In the case of the Apostles, she is able to change doves to humans and back again at will.

Intoner Mode; Will to Sing When drenched in the blood of her enemies, Zero can trigger Intoner mode. This power allows her to use the power of song to boost her fighting capabilities to the absolute limit.

Perfect Regeneration Using the power of the flower that refused to allow Zero to die, Zero is able to regenerate. When taking a blow that would otherwise be fatal (from anything other than a dragon) a new Zero body will sprout from the bloody flower, good as new. If the wound isn’t fatal, she will just have accelerated regeneration on that part of the body. A failsafe, so that she almost, can not be killed by anything.

Questions:
✽ What does your character consider to be their top three strengths?
Physical Strength
Questionable morals that allow her to execute difficult choices
Determination

✽ What do others consider to be your character's greatest weakness?
Brash and reckless behavior.

✽ What are your character's three greatest fears?
Mikhail dying, being unable to die herself because Mikhail won't/cant kill her and she can't find another dragon to do it, and subsequently the world ending and it being all her (the flower's) fault. This ties into a large fear of failure. (If 2 and 3 are too close then one is more fear of abandonment).

✽ What would your character choose for a last meal?
Zero wouldn't care about something so superficial.

✽ Has your character ever killed? If so, how did that affect them? If not, how would it affect them?
She has killed many times, even when she was still human. She killed out of the need to survive, not because she was a psychopath. She massacred entire families to ensure that no one would come after her seeking revenge, even if it included women and children. She has been questioned about it before, but she just comments that she is a bad person and has no real reason other than making her life easier in the long run.

✽ If your character was given one selfish wish (eg. must be applied to themselves and not affect others), what would it be?
To die, but really that just means to be absolved of the responsibility of housing the eldritch abomination (the flower) that is trying to end the world.

CHARACTER INFORMATION
Name: Dr. Henry Jekyll or Mister Hyde
Canon: Fate Grand Order
Canon point: Post Lost Belt 2
Age: 20 ( I believe )
History: Initial Link.

Inferences needing to be known and understood from the wiki: Jekyll & Hyde are servants in Nasu canon that are living beings - despite being also known in their canon for just book character. That said, they are canonly living beings in the Nasu storyline with notable mentions throughout several characters thusly.

It is also imperative to note that Jekyll & Hyde technically were characters who could not be accepted into Chaldeas system due to his beast nature. Chaldea summoning system especially makes it so that only servants who typically should be summoned. Are individuals who are heroes willing to help humanity move forward- that said there are countless exceptions. Jekyll & Hyde being one of them, not only as being Anti-Hero but also because of Hyde's nature being acquitted to a beast and representing much of the humanity ugly horrors. Thusly his spirit origin changed, so he can be contained in a human form and more manageable....

J&H do recall memories of his summoning as a servant in the holy grail war within Prototype!Fragments storyline. It is believed that his time here is one of the reason for his altered state of spirit origin now in Chaldea. On top of the issues surrounding his summoning capacity - which is a bit of a mystery in itself.

Personality:

Dr. Henry Jekyll, a gentle soul and a actively known philanthropist. Kindness and care is his invoked means of being. He wants nothing more than to help others reach into a better staple of themselves. He spent his time giving to others in the story of his basis, while also this is shown the case to be. When he is in Chaldea, offering his services to the fellow scientists and individuals there. All who work along with him, and happily enjoy the Doctors company. As he sees it as an opportunity and a luxury to be able to work among colleges for a justice to save the world.

Deeply invoked inside of his chest, is the want for Justice. This came about in his meeting with Moriarty, and Sherlock inviting him into a case long ago. Unfortunately what came from the interactions and story here, was the change of values of his life. How he felt it necessary to destroy evil and how this translated into his actions afterwards. There is some naivety in his desires, a childish want to solve 'evil.' Or make it disappear, was his intention in using alchemy and crafting a potion to dismantle the feelings of evil within a persons psyche.

His intentions were wholly pure, and a desire with want to do better for the world in the place of privilege that he were in. Rich, well known, and a reputable scientist within the community in London. It was thusly how he came about clinging to the idea he could create such a potion - and in this obsession unfortunately - Jekyll created the desire of will within him. Wherein he takes the potion and therein, Hyde is thusly comes to be.

His personality begins to waver now, where it is a fight of struggles within his ordeals - how does one invoke the desire of justice? How is evil destroyed? How can one get the ill manners of ones mind to disappear completely? Deeply embedded within him, Jekyll takes stage against himself. As an example of what is all bad of Human nature, and what worse things can happen to one who desires nothing to accept the ill notions of yourself. That evil thoughts, and actions are unlike him and something he is inclined to never desire to do.

It is thusly the reason, the personality of Hyde begins to fester and become more permanent. No thanks to the potion that 'separated' whatever evil notions within his heart.

Edward Hyde, a man who cares for everything people do not. Where death, sex, murder, and all the likes, are topics of humanity that they wish to often keep hidden. Hyde dose nothing but wear it upon his sleeves thickly. Like a mantel to be proud over. His is the invoked conscious that people repress, basically when perceiving him Hyde is: What people feel deep down. When you are angry at someone, and wish to silence them - that is Hyde. When you are upset that you did not get your way, and wish to do something about it in poor ways. That is Hyde. When you wish for something to disappear forever because it is unsightly or evil, that is Hyde.

Hyde is the conscious manifestation of what humanity perceives as bad or evil. It is a general feeling of existence, especially as Sakurai takes from the Play as much as the Story. Both pieces of literature meant to talk about the evil deeds people do to one another, while using the face of Hyde. Hyde takes everything Jekyll is not, and acts on it. Ultimately what he desires is to see other people act like him in some way, or stop being 'fake.' To him kindness is nothing but weakness, and a mask for true human nature - which is to be evil.

Powers/abilities: His skills are neatly verified here.

Questions:

What does your character consider to be their top three strengths?
1. His wits ( jekyll ) 2. His good looks ( Hyde ) 3. His ability to put up a fight ( both )

What do others consider to be your character's greatest weakness?
1. His emotional feelings, more like attachment and kindness towards others. ( both ) 2. His insecurities of who he is, and what he feels. ( both ) 3. His identity ( both )

What are your character's three greatest fears?
1. Losing his sense of self ( both ) 2. Killing/hurting someone he loves ( both ) 3. Disappearing entirely ( both )

What would your character choose for a last meal?
Jekyll: Tea with biscuits.
Hyde: Throw him a dog bone tbh thats all he deserves.

Has your character ever killed? If so, how did that affect them? If not, how would it affect them?
As a servant killing is apart of the job so yes, in his story however - its not so certain HOW MANY. However it is evident yes he has - and potentially even a child. I mean the book starts off that way too.
Jekyll: Really effects him, heavy with guilt. He DOES NOT want to kill people, and the fact that he has to especially as a servant. HURTS him and his ideals of what justice is meant to be.
Hyde Deep down he feels guilty and that makes him want to kill more to get rid of that feeling, however ultimately he is very disattached from the notion. However the more closer you are to him, the more guilty he will feel but also the more he will want to do it.

If your character was given one selfish wish (eg. must be applied to themselves and not affect others), what would it be?
Jekyll: To accept himself.
Hyde: To kill Jekyll off.
Both: Justice - justice for what? Justice for who - but still just Justice.

Sample: Stab a dad save -....., Hyde & komaeda have a fun time and then dad gets stabbed again.

CHARACTER INFORMATION
Name: Felix.
Canon: Original.
Canon point: n/a.
Age: 34, immortalized at 20.
History:
✽ Born to rich parents too busy to pay attention to them, so sheltered and raised by nannies, maids, and their closest friend Joy, their cat.

✽ Dreams of traveling, but ends up working for their parents in a soul-crushing position until their work performance and health declines.

✽ Diagnosed with inoperable brain tumor, which they opt to not seek treatment for, and befriends a nurse in the hospital named Blake.

✽ Blake appears to be attacked by a man one night, but when Felix goes to rescue her, she reveals that the man is her vampire friend, William.

✽ Felix accepts the offer to be turned into a vampire to avoid death, only returning home to grab Joy before going off to travel around the world like they wished.

✽ At some point, they meet a troubled preteen (who is also a medium) that they would come to know as Bailey, gently supporting them where their more traditional family would not.

✽ Years pass, Joy passes away but continues to haunt them as a ghost cat, and Bailey goes to college. Felix moves to an apartment with them and works graveyard shifts at fast food restaurants to help pay for rent during this stressful time for Bailey, who is otherwise making it on their own.

✽ William visits and harasses Felix and Bailey with his idiot antics, but eventually ropes Felix into starting a YouTube channel with them focused primarily on dumb DIY projects but also featuring some videos on not-entirely-accurate (but still somewhat authentic) ghost hunting. They somehow become lowkey successful, which contributes the slightest bit more towards rent, though Bailey -- now older than they were at time of death -- has since graduated and started working as a therapist, primarily for ghosts, but with other paranormal clients.

Personality:
The long and the short of it is that Felix is a dumbass, but one with a good heart despite the fact it doesn't beat more than once a minute.

They've always been someone seeking happiness both for themself and others, only these days it doesn't come at the sacrifice of their freedom. Before becoming a vampire, they'd been boxed in by circumstance, unable to explore neither their interests nor the world. To compensate for all the missed time, after their death by vampirism, Felix became even more open to trying out new things. They leap at whatever makes them curious, a facet of them that's easily exploited by their sire who fills their head and home with whacky DiY projects.

In general they're easily taken advantage of, so the fact that this is being used for crafting purposes is honestly as good as it could possibly be. Felix tends to want to believe the best in people, which when combined with their desire to make others happy and their easily distracted nature makes them especially gullible, so it's probably good that they're already dead or they'd end up in a ditch somewhere. Even if someone did wrong them, either their bad memory or willingness to forgive means that any lessons they may have learned probably go unnoticed.

As much of an airheaded optimist as they are, they aren't a complete write off. For an idiot, they take a lot of time to consider and worry about others, wanting to protect them as best as they're able. Sometimes this means burdening themself to relieve another’s pains. They tend to let things roll like water off a duck’s back, easygoing when it comes to their own problems, but when it comes to others -- particularly those they're close to, Felix can get extremely worked up and loud. Whether this protectiveness presents itself through anxious babbling and screaming, yelling and stomping around, or the extremely rare serious, cool nobility of the knight they wish they could be (because everyone knows the cool, noble knights get the maidens), they use all the energy they have in offering their support. The love is stored in the Felix, but the Felix is small so it's gotta come out.

Powers/abilities:
✽ Slightly elongated and sharpened fangs, as a vampire do. With intent, these can be used to break skin so blood may be consumed.

✽ Heightened agility and vision while in dim light or darkness. Sense of smell is more acute, particularly in misty or precipitation-type weather, while taste is dulled. Hearing remains as it was while human.
During the day, greatly weakened and exhausted, making a false death/sleep often preferable. In daylight, their vision is akin to an overexposed image.

✽ Can dissipate self into a misty version of self and reconstitute shortly after. Think D&D spells Misty Step and Gaseous Form, that sort of thing. With great effort, this can also be used to hover up to a few feet off the ground while solid and affect held or worn objects/small creatures. This is easier on foggy or rainy days, and becomes more difficult with heightened emotion.

✽ Accelerated healing and regeneration (unless affected by vampire-specific means/weapons), but experiences same level of pain as when human.

✽ Magical glasses, a deathday gift from their sire, William. Worn to suppress lingering effects of pain and blurred vision from their tumor, which flare up at random.

✽ Magical camera on a strap. In exchange for energy, this polaroid camera can produce photographs despite not containing any film, though these will still be a blank grey color until smeared with blood.

✽ Ghost cat named Joy. Felix cannot see or communicate with ghosts themself, but the spirit of their childhood cat has affixed herself to them, as they learned after moving in with a medium.

Questions:
What does your character consider to be their top three strengths?
Their willingness to try new things.
Their capacity for love and loyalty.
Excellent immune system, generally speaking.

What do others consider to be your character's greatest weakness?
The amount and immediacy of trust they have in others.

What are your character's three greatest fears?
Watching everyone they love die.
Losing their friendship/guardianship with Bailey.
Losing their senses, but sight and touch in particular.

What would your character choose for a last meal?
In terms of actual sustenance, blood. Type B+ for the wordplay, if they had a choice. As for what they’d choose based on their tastes and desires while alive, they were a big fan of noodles! Swedish meatballs would make them pretty happy, even in an impending death situation.

Has your character ever killed? If so, how did that affect them? If not, how would it affect them?
No, they have neither killed nor done essentially the same thing by turning another person into a vampire.
Without intervention, killing someone would probably upset Felix to the point of causing them to give up, silently watching life from a window until they wasted away. Luckily, they have a good okay support system and live with a therapist, so they wouldn't be allowed to do that.
Changing someone into a vampire has more wiggle room, seeing as their own circumstances were something like a blessing and they consented to it.

If your character was given one selfish wish (eg. must be applied to themselves and not affect others), what would it be?
Hard choice between a harem of hot ladies with a variety or personalities and talents, and two hundred cats and the ability and space to give them all happy, luxurious lives.
...So maybe they’ll actually wish for the best of both worlds and to reincarnate as a nekomimi that all the catgirls swoon over.
