[ It's dark inside the locker and hard to see unless he shines his PDA screen light inside, but it does smell... musty... like a certain somebody shoves old clothes and half finished drinks inside and forgets about them until half a month later.

There's footsteps behind him that stop short just a few feet away, an awkward shuffle, and then footsteps powerwalking away because if Komaeda is at his locker to drop off a ??? letter, Rokkun is not going to interrupt this, friends don't embarrass friends. ]

( oh no, not him getting to peak, but luckily the smell doesn't bother him at all. once he's finished getting a good look, he stands up properly as he continues to stare at the locker. it's a little embarrassing, the fact that komaeda stands there at rokkun's locker like he's waiting.

he doesn't think to look down the hall to see if he's coming, and instead he waits five more minutes until he guesses that writing a letter would be the next best thing. so he'll do just that, slipping the contents into his locker after he's done:

i'm not too good at hide and seek, but we can play.

and komaeda's walking down the hall opposite of where rokkun came from, and then he turns the corner... )

[ ...and walks right into Lily May, nearly stepping on her tail if she hadn't immediately started weaving between his legs and rubbing against his ankles.

Good luck for Rokkun, who hopes Komaeda would get distracted long enough for him to sneak to his own locker and retrieve the letter. ]

( lily may, what in the fuck? he'll sigh, leaning down to pick her up since she seems to be part of the equation now. the plan is to actually stand right here and not leave. it's pretty effective, he thinks, since he has no other place to go at the moment, and keeping her pressed against his chest... )

[ Lily May squirms a little in his grip, not used to being picked up and held but also not so willing to kick off his chest until there's somewhere better to land that's not a wall of lockers.
