he'll break off another piece, he isn't sure if it's sweet, but they're going to go through all this bread together. open up!! )
That's possible? ( someone to give their heart... hmmm. ) Do you think bodies that's been burnt cut, burnt and then dropped into a pool could have something of a heart left?
( he has an affinity with death. )
I didn't check.
no subject
Gross.
[ Not the bread, but the imagery, as if they need more of a reason to be wary of the pool. ]
Even if it did, you can't have it. That's not the sort of heart I can fix.
no subject
Why can't I have that heart? Are you a doctor, too?
( he looks at the bread, only half eaten, and he thinks that npc-kun doesn't like it. so he puts it down, grabbing another one of the many he brought.
stop him before he opens it. )
no subject
[ Sure, they're a doctor now if that's what it takes for Komaeda to stop stealing body parts. I hope they threw that body back into the pool when they were done so the monster could have the rest of its meal. Half eaten meals are just too sad... npc-kun thinks so too as Komaeda puts that bread away. That was was good. The cream was light and fluffy.
...
It'll be like when you get a box of a dozen variety chocolates and instead of following the guide on the bottom of the box you bite each chocolate in half so you know exactly which is your favorite other half to eat at a different date. This is npc-kun's half.
They open their mouth for the next slice. ]

( that means free surgeries, and then rokkun would be able to run again, play like normal, be that pretentious, but wanted asshole that he's always wanted to be. it'd be nice having family in that field, but sadly, i'm pretty sure that family isn't allowed to work on family because of the emotional value, because when i had surgery, my mom couldn't help. )
Learn skin graphs, and oh... maybe tinker around with the brain, many people need help with that.
( with the new bag snapped open, this one... must be the jalapeno because of the spice that wafts up to his nose, burning at his nostrils, and he holds it out for npc-kun to smell. after they get a whiff, he proceeds to break off a piece, and sets it into their mouth. )
Do you like this one or the other one?
( which bread is the best bread? )
no subject
[ I'm imagining like when you're in the eyeglass store and the optometrist is exchanging lenses like "one? or two? one...? two..." and they both look exactly the same ]
But... I won't be able to be a good doctor. I'm not good with living things.
no subject
What about dead things? You could work at a morgue, and give me a pretty good plot! Or the body we found at the pool.
( when they used to tell us do we see the farm house or something and it'd blow in our eyes, this is what you reminded me of. )
no subject
No way.
[ scrunches their nose ]
...Who did you find in the pool?
no subject
Someone who had no legs, it's a shame... I even lost half an arm feeding nothing.
( he sighs, sadly, not his arm, but izumi's arm... this is just SO SAD! chiaki would beat komaeda's ass for this. )
I did grab a few things, can I pawn them off?
no subject
No. I don't buy junk, I only sell them.
[ ... ]

( proceeds to peel npc-kun off of him. )

no subject
You can feed yourself...
( they don't need komaeda or his arms! )
no subject
No, I can't! If you don't feed me I'm going to starve!
[ grrrr ]
no subject
You won't starve... ( this arm... is all he has!! of the past that's gone now!! sighs!!! )
Only if you take the stuff that I pawn... I'll feed you.
no subject
[ What is the junk, they know Komaeda has money, he has no reason to pawn things.
... ]
Give it to me for free, and I'll let you feed me.
no subject
( see, so that's why he wants to pawn them. )
Adams-san has everything else, however, but she won't pawn the rocks and rags, they're useless.
no subject
[ Don't do that until you solve the murder??
... ]
I'll take your stuff, if you can get her to give me the rocks.
no subject
( besides, they're going to come to npc-kun anyway, so if all the stuff is with them... it would make the game too easy, that's true. )
I want to see how far they'd go to figure out the culprit, and learn who the victim is... It makes me tingly inside knowing that another murder has happened...
( he bites down on his tongue, looking off to the side... ugh he must look bad, he's trying to calm down!! ) The rocks are also evidence...
no subject
npc-kun is quiet, though, listening to Komaeda talk about murder so flippantly. It's a neutral expression, one desperately trying not to give anything away. ]
Okay. I'll take them. You don't have a debt to pay off, though, and I can't give you real money. You can trade them for a rock, if you want, or you can pay off somebody else's debt.
no subject
( danganronpa investigation music.
but he smiles, kneeling down if npc-kun isn't holding onto him, and if they are, then they're on the floor. )
no subject
Um, hmm... I wanted Helena to be in debt, because I thought I could get her something really good! But she said no.
[ Like a reasonable person, she declined pawning all her valuables. Sighs... Here they are on the floor, still holding on. ]
no subject
...Hm, she wouldn't forgive me if I did something like that.
( but that doesn't open up any possibilities of who the murderer is. )
Do you have a sales book?
no subject
[ A sales book only tells other people how much they can demand from npc-kun if they aren't satisfied with their wares, and that's no good. ]
no subject
( these glasses, this watch... useless!!! )
An unfair trade would do no good with how important they are...
