may(a) 21 | komaeda & turing | maya :)
now, pulling off this plan sounds tedious, and carrying turing is not happening because komaeda's back, so komaeda found a cabinet with the roll wheels on it, and i recently found out turing is 3' so they can fit inside (turing hates this, and just does not want to be here). see, the plan is to roll up on the student council room after their meeting, because komaeda remembers he should come every monday or friday, and here he is... on a friday, with a gift!
:) oh maya, sweet maya, where are you? your romeo has brought you another romeo, but in gift form, to sneak them in. )

...Also it was dark in here, and they were a teeny bit claustrophobic. Maya, please come out so they can get out of here. ]

Maya is, as always, the last to leave the room. She takes one look at Komaeda, refuses to make eye contact with him, locks the door behind her and is intent on getting the hell out of here. ]

Arisu-san! You're as speedy as usual! ( he's going to step right in front of her so she can't walk away, please, hear him out. ) Forgive me for being late to the meeting...
( he sighs, he knows every monday and friday, he knows! pointing at the cabinet that he brought, he looks over, and then looks back at her signaling where he needs her attention to be. )
It just shipped in, and so I couldn't miss this chance to give it to you...

Did the cabinet just move? She narrows her eyes at it, not forgetting the whole bee infestation down at the lockers earlier in the month, and crosses her arms in front of her chest. ]
You aren't part of the council, so you have no place in the meetings. And we have no place for this. Who ordered it?
[ Give her a name. Tell her who she needs to destroy for spending club funds behind her back. ]

( komaeda reaches out for the it, holding the "gift" still so that it doesn't share anymore. we'll blame maya for that little fumble, even komaeda looks concerned, until he smiles once again — calm down turing, there's no need to be afraid, it's just maya. )
Last time I was inside, you had a ton of room! As for who... that'll spoil the surprise, it's someone you know.
( maya should be able to figure out from her friend circle. ) They must know the council's always busy... it's nice to have extra places to store your belongings with the job you have.

Well, at least that pondering meant Turing was sitting still. ]

It's a club, not an administration. But fine. Set it inside and then leave. We'll find a place for it in the next meeting.
[ /: she'll unlock the door for him but she won't help him wheel it into the room. ]
If there is anything weird about it, I'm setting it on fire.
[ no bees, thank you ]

( what's it supposed to do? grow legs and walk out? no way! he sighs sadly, a little disappointed that she would try to burn away such a brilliant texture of hardwood, or whatever cabinets feel like. i would get up to touch mine, but i think maya deserves the rich people kind. )
Hm... alright... ( that's said to turing, actually, in hopes to ease any worries they may have so far. ) ...everything will be fine.
( when she unlocks the door, komaeda's super ripped hot bod apparently will begin to push the cabinet — deep breath, because he's old — into the council room. he looks around trying to find the best place, and leaves it next to the filing cabinets or wherever maya keeps her teas at... lightly patting the cabinet like his child. )
I'll leave your fancy new gift right here, next to... are these documents? I want to see — just kidding! ( as komaeda walks towards the exit of the room, he's grabbing the doorknob, and pulls it up to close the door. )
See, this is why you should add me to the council.

Fortunately, they could panic in addition to a) hearing that Komaeda was trying to reassure them (it was the thought that counted) and b) the hint about the documents being very close. Give it up for processing power from the year 2064, everyone. ]

Anyways, the moment he's out of the room she locks it behind him and Turing is so lucky the door can be unlocked from the inside bc otherwise they'd be stuck there until the next student council meeting. Maybe get Gundham to lock the door again once Turing is out or Maya will know something is up.
Anyways anyways, Turing can find all the things mentioned here. ]

good luck turing, it's up to you king. )

Though they didn't like it, they stayed inside the cabinet until they were sure no one else was around. It was even to the point where they had to pluck up their courage just to poke their head out of the cabinet. That action alone put their lack of experience into sharp focus; the last time they had been entirely on their own was during their escape from Hayden's apartment. That felt like ages ago even though it really wasn't. But this wasn't the time to get distracted! There were documents to peruse and mysteries to solve!
Their first priority was to locate those documents Komaeda had mentioned. Maybe there was something in these filing cabinets too? Unfortunately the only thing Turing was rewarded with was the drawer clattering because they expected it to be open instead of locked. Whoops. Forcing it open would likely just lead to unwanted attention, and that was absolutely not what they wanted! Finding out that the other cabinets were locked too was disappointing, but not surprising. Instead, they crept over to the desk with the public announcement system, and more importantly, toward that the precious documents the desk contained. Pay dirt! ...That was the correct usage, right? It really was a strange one though; why would anyone want their pay to be covered in dirt?
Turing committed the contents of the event schedule, the school roster, and the second version of the roster to their personal memory. They got what they came for, but it seemed sensible to search the entire desk just in case when they might not have another chance to get in. Once they were satisfied, they carefully placed everything back where they found it and began their daring escape from the room, only to look at the cabinets again. Surely there was nothing like that red smear in one of the closets of the art room...?
Unless someone happened to catch them red-handed, the plan was to go to the door, panic and rattle the doorknob before realizing they could unlock it from the inside, and escape to report to Komaeda with their findings. ]
