Not a fan of SWEETS? What a strange girl you are - White Day must be horrendous for YOU, though I suppose that would imply you give anyone but your brother chocolates on Valentine's DAY.
( Ordinarily this is where he'd teasingly ask her to give him some, but he also doesn't. like sweets. so he prefers no one give him any because then he Will be obliged to eat them. A gift is a gift, after all. )

Silence is something she's used to, but that doesn't mean she takes comfort in it, glancing over at Natsume every time he pipes up and then stops again, like he's trying to broach a topic when he knows she would much rather him just come out and say it. He isn't here to tease her about valentines, or to sympathize with her brother—-

I'll take it as a compliment THOUGH. ( Even if most of the audacious people are people he can't stand. ) My brand of audacity is what allows me to keep speaking with YOU, after ALL, and I don't think you dislike it as much as you try to pretend you DO.
