Uh... How long ago? Lots of people have moved away or transferred out of school. Emiko, Kioshi, Kaori, Ryuji— remember Ryuji?

( komaeda crosses his arms, looking off to the side almost disappointed in the news. they might know, but he knows enough to cause a bit of distress. a long side as his eyes fall to the ground, staring at his own shoes, and after he shakes his head as he walks off to the side. )

How terrible...

[ Either he has dementia or he's MEAN, and Chiaki puffs up at these answers because it could also be both. ]

Yeah, he did. Ryuji and Kitaro and all those other names I just made up.

[ She straightens up and picks up her drink and also swipes Roku~n's drink too, because she's mad. ]

The both of you are exactly the same! You both only have eyes for the people you're obsessed with and you don't see anybody else— you treat everybody else like they're nothing, and only notice when they're gone and it's waaaaaaayy too late! You don't care about anybody else! You're not asking all this 'cause you suddenly care about them! You're just scared you'll get chopped up like Aiko-san and stuffed into the pipes and I hope you do!

[ She shouts, at Komaeda, before whipping around to face Izumi and amending that statement with ] Not you, you're perfect and I love you, but I wish you'd just open your damned eyes for once.

[ With a huff, she turns to shoot a glare Komaeda's way, as if he were the entire reason Izumi is like this, sticks her tongue out at him and then stomps off, byeee ]

izumi's just rendered speechless as chiaki makes her exit, jaw dropping at how casually she dropped those three simple words like it was nothing. like what the fuck??? ]

[ is he being so far up his ass again, though? he thought that he's gotten better at that stuff but... no who are we kidding, izumi's one track mind can never be fully cured. seriously, what is with people just saying "i love you" to him as if they're expecting him to reciprocate it asap?! ]

Sooooo annoying. [ huffs, and looks over komaeda. ] Well, at least we got some info out of them. But this only proves that we are NOT doing this together again.

( there's a smile on his face as he looks at the other who's a little more exasperated than he is, but he feels like they found out enough by their way of handling it. there's something about komaeda that's pleased as he watches the back of chiaki as she leaves from where they were all huddled up. you know, isn't roku~n still there chilling, because if he is, komaeda's not going to drag him into this anymore. you know, he's been through enough with them... probably so he could stay silent... if he wants. )

I really couldn't ask for anything more, ( he's impressed with how much izumi was able to gain, though, and that deserves praise in itself. with that, he claps his hands once and then twice to show his enthusiasm. ) it'll be amazing to see how this information fares with the group.

( a beat, honestly it can just be left off here like how it normally plays in those romcoms. )
