As the game progresses, different npc faculty and students will become available for threading. He sets up his little séance out at the mid-point between the door and the tree, carefully lighting the candles before taking a seat. Closes his eyes... breathes deep... ignores all cautionary tales about performing séances by yourself lest you invite ill-tempered spirits in. )

[ But there different sort of plants, which we will handwave Kazuki giving Natsume a tour of bc I know nothing about plants. The wisteria tree is the centerpiece, but there are bushes lining the edges next to the building, a scattering of flowers here and there across the lawn, though nothing resembling a garden plot. But there are various flowers and leaves for Natsume to choose from that range from sweet to spicy to their scents. ]

Advise against eating them, so there goes his herbal teas... and probably the vegetables too, though he glances at Kazuki thoughtfully anyway. )
With regards to plants grown in the courtYARD... If we were to plant, say, strawberRIES, would you advise against eating those as WELL, or do you only mean the ones that currently exIST?

[ It's the same thought process as don't drink the water, but plants draw in more than just water- it's the soil, it's the air, it's the sun that feels like it's watching but you can't stare back without burning your eyes. ]
If you wished to plant outdoors, I would suggest fertile soil from the forest. Would you like that?
