But if it's just being at the fundraiser, walking around and looking at things and keeping a tight hold of his wallet... that should be okay. He doesn't particularly like crowds, but if there's going to be a lot of people there, that means he won't get singled out for anything. That would be okay.

he's ready to say something like before hiro says no, but there's a surprise seeing him nod — he's actually going to come, well... that's actually interesting. the last time komaeda was part of a fundraiser, that was probably back in his... younger days, so even though he's like twenty something years old, he still has the heart of an eighteen year old who has their entire life taken from them, and the a despair adulthood ruining everything he had going for him. )

interacting with komaeda guarantees losing braincells, but when hiro doesn't even show... the goods, komaeda blinks in confusion... damn, where did he put it? he tells hiro he'll come and visit him in about two classes (because he wants to return the bento box through him), and he'll run off towards the art club first to return the items they used.
