...I have difficulty getting pistachios open when the shells aren't cracked. Say you were hungry, and neither of us speak up. We would both starve. But if you share your burden and I share mine, we may learn that you own a knife and can split the shells, and we may both eat. Once aired, burdens do not always stay burdens. Most people are better equipped to deal with other people's burdens than their own.
