anyway, she kinda forgot komaeda's never seen it before. honestly, she doesn't mind, it's just a sword — but while she wants to deny that it has anything to do with hope, well... maybe it does. it's made from her hope to bring her friend back — from the amalgamation of negative feelings she'd managed to weaponize. it's important to her, but watching it in rokkun's hand doesn't bother her nearly as much as it probably should. he looks so happy about it, how could she? )
I got it back just recently, so no wonder... ( glowing isn't the term she'd use, but... she does feel safer with this on her, so it probably helps.
that said, she watches rokkun cut the cake in half — expects him to do more, because there's no way she can eat more than a piece, but he just... hands the sword over... TO KOMAEDA??? )
