That said, he takes Izumi's hand and links his pinky just long enough to give Izumi's a light squeeze before letting go and turning to Komaeda. Hmm. He lifts their linked hands and gives them a shake; a handshake is a good enough promise, and he's not altogether picky about how something is promised as long as some acknowledgement is there.
If Komaeda won't promise, there's always Chiaki who pats Roku~n on the back and says, in that sort of way where you think somebody is probably joking, maybe, but you're not entirely sure: ]
