In Ritsuka's experience, there's good shifty and bad shifty. It's a hard line to draw, but after hanging around people like Moriarty and Dantes vs. Kadoc and the rest of the Crypters, she's become an expert at finding it.

And this woman, whoever she is, is clearly bad shifty.
