Since this is such a key part of his character and also how the game is set up, he would come in appearing as Byakuya wearing Yogen's school uniform, and the glasses/wig/anything else that comes as part of the disguise can be kept on him as part of his "identity" rather than being "inventory"! Sort of how there isn't forced humanization, he can keep his usual appearance.
