The next time Inaba is in the locker area, she's hit with a dizzy spell when she spots the black cat batting around something on the floor— the cat startles badly when it notices Inaba watching it, as if embarrassed to be caught playing instead of perching on top of the lockers all high and mighty like it usually is, and runs away to leave the pendant on the ground. When she picks it up, she'll find that it's coated with blood enough to leave small streaks of it on the floor. But don't worry, it washes right off!
