The next time Komaeda is walking down the halls during lunch and passes by a group of whispering students, they get the jump on him and one of them slaps a gas mask onto his face, with the eyes covered in black fabric so he can't see who the perpetrators are that are laughing and running away. He... he gets the feeling that the mask is his... Also the piece of fabric turns out to be a single black ankle sock, kind of smelly and sweaty still, but he gets a bonus sock.
