He can control and command it at will as long as it's within a reasonable range (there's no real hard data for this but uhhhhh if it's out of his sight its on autopilot), and it also has a rudimentary AI that can act on its own when given specific instructions (usually for long distance scouting). Battery recharges by sucking energy from Add directly, but there's also a backup solar battery.
NORMALLY it would be an array of six drones but I'm only giving him one because ??? balancing. With just the one, it's basically a flying smartphone that can project a small but cool holoscreen whenever he's not beaming information directly to his brain. There's a camera in there somewhere for picture-taking. It can release short-range electrical burst as its main form of attack, and can also assist/help direct Add's other supernatural abilities... of which he doesn't really have any that work with Dynamo yet, but it's fine. Also comes with ??? whatever the plot demands, honestly, so I'm going to assume most of the other features are malfunctioning, but it does have a short-range scanner that can detect energy signals and the like so I'm sure that couldn't possibly be ruined in an ominous way.
